Guest house holiday rentals in Buckhead, Atlanta

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

We had a great time in our short stay in Gregory’s guest home. The home was very clean and cozy. It is the small details that show how much our host wanted us to feel welcome and comfortable. As a group of three girls we felt very safe in this neighborhood. Our host was only a call away or a few feet away. We appreciate the snacks, tea, coffee and filtered water. We especially loved the eggs. The were amazing!!!! The bed was firm and very comfortable. With plenty of blankets to stay warm. I would love to stay here again when back in town.

We enjoyed our stay, pretty close to Truist park where our concert was. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy. A great place to relax after our busy outings!

The home is exactly as listed. Very cute and cozy. Quincy was great at communicating and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. I definitely recommend and would book again!

Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

Stacey‘s cottage was just absolutely beautiful! She has done such a wonderful job of making her guests feel at home and a thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back and we’ve already booked our next trip! Great set up for puppy dogs and very thoughtful pet friendly items were provided at the cottage.

Ten minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Decatur. There is also a MARTA station in Decatur, so it is ideal for someone who wants to spend time in downtown Atlanta but not stay overnight in downtown Atlanta. Very comfortable apartment over a garage. Some steps involved in getting there, but this should not be a problem for most people.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. It was very clean, the hosts texted to make sure we had everything we needed, and the price was amazing. I just hope the next time we are in Atlanta it is in the cooler months so we can enjoy the fire pit because this is definately the place we are going to stay. We loved staying here! Very clear instructions. Cute tiny home with everything you need. Super comfy bed and adorable outdoor space. Mario and Rosella were very communicative and proactive. Would definitely stay again

Very well located on a tucked-away street in a great location. Very close to Buckhead, midtown, and west midtown. All of the streets in the neighborhood and surrounding area were walkable which was nice for mornings. This is a nice basement apartment that still has plenty of windows. The house is at the end of the street so there was no vehicle traffic, but it is the last house before the highway, so there’s definitely some road noise. I felt the house was insulated enough for me, but if you were highly sensitive to noise, I’d keep that in mind. There’s a unit upstairs that I believe has a long term resident. They were very quiet and I never saw them which was nice. We’ve recently had an exceptional amount of rain in Atlanta, so that may have been the problem, but the yard really needed some heavy maintenance. On first arrival, that was definitely a disappointment. The interior was in good shape and in line with price point. If the yard was cleaned up, I’d definitely consider again

Sally was amazing and answered quickly to all questions and messages. She was available when we needed her and the stay was lovely and private. Her garden surround the carriage house was beautiful and lovely to see. Next time we are in the area for an event we will be looking for her availability again.

Beautiful place, very nice hosts, everything you need for a short stay. Address was a little hard to find because the mailbox was buried in a bush. The stairs into the apartment/basement are very steep so you must be able to use them.

Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your amazing space for a few days. It was perfect for our trip and I kept finding small touches and artwork each day of the trip that made me smile! Anyone considering staying should just book now! Hopefully we get the opportunity to visit your space again next year.

Joshua was a great host and very informative as well as responsive. The property was beautiful, cozy, clean and very peaceful. All in all it added to a great anniversary get-away location and will truly be remembered ❤️

This location was one of the cutest stays I have had. The BFF and I had enough room to chill for the weekend. It was far enough outside Atlanta to be enjoyable but close enough that the Aquarium and Six Flags were not a terribly long drive away.

I highly recommend this gem in the heart of ATL! The space was beautifully designed and thoughtfully curated. Mimi and Alex were fantastic hosts—you can really see the care and effort they put into creating a welcoming Airbnb. I loved how conveniently located it was, with amazing restaurants nearby and downtown just minutes away. Every detail felt intentional and added to the overall experience. Truly a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at June's place in Atlanta! We ate at an awesome restaurant Rumis Kitchen that had fabulous Iranian food. Such a clean and safe part of the city. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. We would love to stay here again in the future! Thanks June :)

Simone and Patrick’s place is a hidden gem. We have stayed there once before and we cannot say enough about the location and the carriage house! It makes us feel at home. Their place is clean, and cozy and we love the design and decor. Simone and Patrick are wonderful hosts and excellent communicators. Very responsive and proactive at the same time! Quiet and peaceful stay in the Buckhead community, 10 - 15 minutes from all the Buckhead amenities, churches, restaurants, shops and stops along Peachtree and over to East Paces Ferry, Pharr, Lenox and the surrounding environs. Pleasant hosts who open their extra apartment space to travelers to and through this part of Atlanta. All the comforts of home tucked away in an accessible and relaxing spot.

Jeffrey's place is just lovely and even nicer than the pictures provided on the site. It is very spacious, homey, and clean; perfect for two. I loved the decor as well as sitting on the front porch. Jeffrey responded to messages promptly. I highly recommend The Moreland and will definitely book again on my next trip to Atlanta!

Kim’s place was great for what I needed. I worked night shift while I was in town and the Airbnb was very peaceful during the day, so I was able to sleep well in between shifts. The kitchen was so well stocked. You can make plenty of meals at this place and will have all the utensils and cooking gadgets necessary. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The Airbnb was very homey and cozy. Kim provided me with a few welcoming touches like fresh tea in the fridge, chocolate truffles, some personal hygiene items, and a cute little welcome note. The AC and heat worked great! I felt safe in the location. Overall, my stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
