The apartment itself is set on a quiet residential street with it's own private, walk-up entrance, off-street parking, exclusive use of a full size washer/dryer , 40" tv and new appliances. Enjoy home cooked meals with a 2-burner electric stove, microwave, and all necessary cooking utensils.

Cozy studio in barn loft with a close-up view to secluded wooded setting. Two large, leather recliners provide a relaxing place to read or nap! This space was repurposed as a guest room in 2019 and includes a bathroom (with a very roomy shower) and a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster). Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.

Short drive to the waterfront, grocery stores, farm stands, Washington state fairgrounds or hospitals. Bring your pup to keep you company. Room to park a smaller trailer if needed.
