Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Budva

Fantastic stay in Buva old town. Paulina communicted very well and it was very nice of her to leave us some water and snacks on our arrival. The aparatmemt is in a great location and close to shops and restaurants. One side note: if you don't need to rent a car, then don't as parking is very expensive!

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. Great place, worth every dollar.

beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

I have never seen a host more polite than Desa, Darko's mother. She is a very sweet and helpful person. They were very helpful even in our slightest need. Also, the location and view of the house is very nice. Thank you, kind Desa 🌸🌸🌸

Lovely apartment with stunning balcony views, much enjoyed over breakfast or with a glass of wine in the evenings. Everything was provided for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Fantastic location as just a short walk away from the main tourist areas but far enough away to feel the peace of the picturesque mountain views. Hosts also arranged our airport transfers at a very reasonable price which was a huge bonus and saved alot of hassle. Thanks for making our stay in Montenegro so wonderful.

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

Everything is perfect apartment is so nice. location of the apartment is very close to old town and restaurants. boris makes our travel very easy.

We highly recommend it. Beautiful place. You have to get a little tired to get to the top but the views are beautiful. Mira is a very warm person and despite the language barrier we communicated well. 🙂

Marijana answered all my questions very quickly. She helped us with the transfer. Natasha also welcomed us with a great smile. The apartment is 3-4 minutes walk from the old town and in a very quiet area. We were very pleased to stay there.

We arrived very late after midnight, but Stefan met us and showed us the apartments. We were traveling with our two cats and Stefan welcomed all of us including our pets. The location of the apartment is beautiful. It is next to the sea and the beach. Close to the old town and surrounded by tons of supermarkets. We had a problem with the stove but Stefan was very responsive and everything was resolved quickly. Hope Stefan fixes the stove to avoid such problems in the future.

Our apartment was lovely and the balcony with the view was a beautiful place to just unwind. The furniture was very comfortable to just relax. The hosts, Sebastian and Angela were exceptional in their communication and responses, very proactive and friendly. They offered some incredible recommendations for food and other queries we had which were very helpful and we took most of their recommendations which really made things easy for us. The apartment is merely a 7-minute drive to Budva old town. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 3 days with my family. Perfectly located, half an hour's drive to everywhere and right in the middle. It was a clean house. We were very pleased. Ilıja took care of us until the last moment. I recommend it to everyone. :)

Firstly thank you so much for accomadation, we had great time, the flat is amazing, there is really good view from balcony, also you can find anything that you need at flat, thanks again :)

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Great location in the heart of Old Town. Very cute and well equipped flat. Hosts were very responsive and quickly fixed small maintenance issue. Would recommend!

This was the perfect accommodation, it’s quiet and private but still close to everything!! There’s a shop that’s a 1 minute walk if you need to get food, drinks, pizza etc. the location was overall amazing, and the accommodation is way bigger than the pictures and extremely clean! But our stay was complete by Tihana, she was extremely helpful and kind with every interaction, I don’t think our Budva experience would have been the same is she wasn’t there. Im so grateful we met Tihana, thank you for everything!! 10/10 accommodation.
