Rental of the home is for the exclusive use of guests. In case of emergency or any unforeseen issues guests will be assisted by the property manager. If requested and available, housekeeping services can be provided including meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for an additional fee. Your house, with just under 50 m², is located at the edge of our property, surrounded by plenty of greenery. It has 3 rooms with up to 5 sleeping places. YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL! The house offers all the comforts, including a flatscreen TV, a music speaker, and of course excellent Wi-Fi. On the large covered terrace, you’ll find a nice gas grill. There is also a fire pit and a jacuzzi, although the jacuzzi is currently not working and not heated.

Beautiful outdoor pool with a view. 12 minutes away from the town center and 7 mins. from Salto De Jimenoa Waterfall. We're located in an authentic Dominican neighborhood where children play on the streets and neighborhs greet eachother daily. Base price is for first 4 guests only, the price goes up after 4 guests until a max of 12 guests is reached.
