This is a bright studio in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffe maker, stoves, electric kettle, pots and pans. Also there is a Smart TV with a Netflix account, iron and a hair dresser. You will find a good quality queen size bed dressed with white ironed sheets and white towels in the bathroom. In the basement there are 2 free washing machines. The balcony faces to the backyards, that it a perfect place to relax after a great day.

Welcome to Mirador de Palermo. Our house is on the 8th floor of the tower. It is fully equipped for the most comfortable stay. It has an ensuite room, with a new double glazed window for noise reduction and air conditioning. Also: toilet, dining room, living room (with sofa in blocks that come together to accommodate 2 people) with exit to the balcony and comfortable kitchen. It has a high-rise pool with spectacular views of the city. There is 24-hour security, laundry, gym, grill.

Bright and clear studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Comfortable studio with panoramic view. Warm and modern decoration in a 10-year-year-old building. Very good heating in winter and very good cooling in summer (new split inverter silent air) Very good Wi-Fi! A bed with a 2m x 2m king-size sommier. New and super comfortable!
