Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Buffalo County

Enjoyed the spacious house and beautiful views along the river. Lots of activity to see. Did some fishing right off the deck. Bedrooms were private with own bathroom. Great for each family. Huge kitchen area for group gatherings. Great place!

We had a great weekend with friends! The location of this cabin could not be beat- it is easy to find, not too far out of town, and the view is absolutely amazing! The deck is a wonderful place to relax for dinner and the cabin was perfect for our needs, including a baby. Would stay again!

This is an absolutely beautiful home right on the river! The house is well decorated and well taken care of, and Beth was a wonderful host. We particularly loved the notebook they keep, where every guest can leave a note about their stay. All around wonderful stay.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The home was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Groceries and food options within walking distance.

We enjoyed sitting on the patio, walking to the park, and making meals. The house was plenty spacious for four couples and some babies!

Stunning location, great for family members meeting for wedding. Lots of appliances in kitchen(crockpots, kitchen aid, coffee makers, etc). Various spaces for people to relax, play games, enjoy view, etc.

Our stay at Tim’s house was absolutely perfect with comfortable accommodations for our party of 8! He was incredibly flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous weekend to enjoy the pool, hiking trail, and the gorgeous scenery! Very peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home - would DEF rent again!

Apartment in Winona - Treetops Suite is a great getaway in a little college town. There is a spacious main room and open area kitchenette (hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, sink, mini-fridge) and the two bedrooms (one ?full-size? bed and then two twins) are cozy - not tight or cramped. The apartment was clean and quiet. They had some food (milk, eggs, bagels, oranges, PeanutButter, jam) stocked in the fridge. The step-in shower has very hot water that is not difficult to adjust to a warm setting. The apartment is located just off the Winona State University campus and the first night we stayed we walked downtown for dinner. The stairs to the place are moderately steep - as the hosts mention in the write-up. This is not an issue (and adds to the ambience) unless you have some mobility challenges. There are railings on both sides. Thanks. This would be my preferred spot to stay if I was passing through Winona again.

Steve & Nan were great hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From providing coffee, eggs, and fresh jam, any amenities we needed and being very friendly it made for a great stay. Their co-host was able to quickly respond when we forgot the door code too which was great.

This is a perfect spot for exploring Wabasha! Walkable to almost every attraction and restaurants and pubs. We initially couldn’t get the apartment cool and when we messaged her she got back to us quickly. (Wall units, not central air). I can’t think of a single thing we needed during our stay. If we come back to the area we’d most definitely stay here again!

Perry was an amazing, responsive host who helped us to feel "home away from home". His place is beautifully decorated, well equipped and very clean. Spotless. The private deck with views on the river is exceptionell, a telescope is provided to watch Bald Eagles. An amazing experience. We were visiting from Germany and this turns out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you, Perry. We'll be back for another visit.

loved the fact that this was basically a large studio apartment. good places to eat in the area wonderful sightseeing trails in the area as well. Luke was very responsive.
