The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. The special feature of this newly renovated accommodation is the combination of the charming wooden beams and the modern furnishings. It is very easy to reach (whether by train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

Souterrain Studio 19 min ‘walking’ Downtown

My accommodation is good for couples, cyclists, students, solo travellers, adventurers, business travellers and families (with children). It is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of SHA, but with a climb = 100 m difference in altitude!!!! Down easy, back better by bus... NO PETS ALLOWED... Breakfast is available—feel free to help yourself. A small donation in the blue piggy bank is welcome. 😊

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.
