In a small Provençal farmhouse, a self-contained apartment with a south-facing private terrace overlooking the Menon Valley, its olive trees, and the apricot orchards of the Drôme region. A parking space is provided on the property, and guests have access to a large wooded garden, a shaded outdoor dining area, and a pétanque court. This typical Provençal house on the outskirts of the small village of La Roche-sur-le-Buis offers absolute peace and quiet, with no direct neighbors.

Small terrace, parking inside the property, equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, linens provided, living room separated from the sleeping area by a screen, Wi-Fi, heating, fan, Nespresso coffee machine (1 capsule provided per guest). Via Ferrata, climbing, hiking, biking (Mont Ventoux), swimming in the river.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
