Villa Carla is over 100 years old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to the vineyard, only 5km from the town of Koper. It was home to our grandparents and our grandparents… including the old mom Carla (nona Carla), who got her name from the villa. From the old days, there was also a typical fountain that never ran out of water and two old trees, which you'll notice right away; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers all the comfort and modern amenities that you might need but has preserved the stone and wood elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with a fireplace and the kitchen with dining area, bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and one bathroom are set. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
