Жилье соответствует описанию. Легко попасть в апартаменты. В апартаментах было все необходимое, чисто и комфортно. На территории два бассейна. Очень красиво и можно приятно отдохнуть. Спасибо, мы еще вернемся

Все было потрясающе комплекс шикарный квартира тоже прямо в доме есть магазин, единственно что либо я не понял либо не заметил в описания фитнес и теплый бассейн в спа платный на улице бесплатные, а так все было просто супер большее спасибо.

Great place for a getaway surroundings were beautiful and very difficult to find such a place with an astonishing views like that. Access to a private beach and restaurant. The hosts were also very hospitable.

Lovely weekend spot in a smaller complex. Pool and restaurant are on site. Beach is a short walk a way. Fresh flowers were on the table from the host. It was an easy drive to town and other sites. We had a great weekend!

Spaceous apartment in a tranquil location with a great pool. Plenty of resteraunts and shops within walking distance, as is the closest sandy beach. Plus the bus stop is a 10 mins walk, with regular buses to Nessebar and Sunny Beach or Borgas Overall it's great for a relaxing stay.

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

Апартаментът е чудесен : чист ; обзавеждането е точно с информацията в обявата ; изгледа към морето е великолепен. Излизаш от сградата и си на плажа . Домакинът е точен , любезен и загрижен за удобствата и спокойствието на гостите. Догодина пак сме тук.

We were aiming for the bigger apartment but it was already booked. This one was also very good: easy to get there from the airport with a taxi, airco, plenty of towels, clean swimming pools, enough place, nice coffee bar, convenient little shop.The complex is clean and well kept. The free-zone area is nearby and is large enough. Maria helps with information about the taxis and restaurants. I would add the nearby pizzeria Pizza Pesto to the list. We had a very relaxing holiday.

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was walking distance to old town Sozopol with a gorgeous view of the sunset. There is a bit of stairs, so be mindful. It was away for most of the city noise, but you can hear some music at night (if you want the evening breeze). The place was well organised and equipped. Lovely setting with perfect level of comfort and worth throughout price. Suitable for couple getaway or family vacation.Hopefully, we would be back rather sooner than later.

What a beautiful apartment with a perfect location - 5-10 min walking to the Festival Culture Center (ФКЦ) and literally across the park to the sea (5 min tops)! Very responsive hosts and overall great experience. We’d love to be back.

Както и миналата година всичко беше супер. Нямаме никакви оплаквания и забележки. Квартирата се намира на централно място в стария град и на 5 минути от плажа и центъра. Станимир е много ангажиран като домакин и е винаги на разположение когато има проблеми. Препоръчваме го на всички. Ние ще се върнем отново с удоволствие. Благодаря за гостоприемството.

Très bon séjour dans ce beau appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous avons très apprécié la réactivité de l’hôte même tard le soir pour notre arrivée tardive. Il était très propre! Place de parking 🅿️ ! Arrêt de bus à proximité pour visite le centre ville de varna facilement et Golden sand. Nous conseillons !!

Beautiful, homely apartment in the heart of the Greek quarter and a stone's throw (or two) from the beach. The apartment is wonderfully looked after and feels "lived in". The host met us in person to let us in, show us around the apartment and answer any questions. We both left the apartment very reluctantly in the end. Highly recommended!

Raport calitate pret excelent! Apartamentul este foarte spatios si are vedere minunata catre mare si catre coasta. Singura problema este mirosul de la canalizare, insa inteleg ca este o problema generala la locuintele de la malul marii, am mai intalnit problema aceasta. Insa am sa ma intorc cu drag aici! Este aproape de plaja, aproape de restaurant foarte bun. Zona este foarte linistita, auzi doar marea si pasarelele.
