Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bull Shoals

Condo was great. Beautiful place, comfortable and exactly as described. I will happily rent this condo again on our next trip.

This was a beautiful and spacious home that had plenty of room for three families. The kids loved the hot tub and projection TV, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. We had a great time.

We absolutely loved this location - the amenities were fantastic! 2 pools, multiple hot tubs, and fire pits. Such a great place to get some R&R and it’s right in the middle of Branson! Close to everything but felt secluded! I’m sure it gets busy in the summer. The room was also very clean. Very nice front desk staff! Would absolutely stay here again!

This was the best AirBnB stay we have ever had!! Hope and Eric are absolutely wonderful people who so kindly share their farm with others. We had a blast collecting eggs, helping feed the animals, milking the cows, playing in the creek, watching birds, and of course giving the farm dog, Cracker Jack, lots of pets! Thank you for an amazing first trip as a family of 4!

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. We loved how close it was to the main strip in Branson. When they say right behind the Stampede, they mean right behind...you can see it from the driveway. I admit to being a little concerned about noise, however with a small sound machine in our room, we heard very little. We loved how just about everything we wanted to do was within a 5 minute drive from the house. The back porch was perfect for our slow mornings of coffee drinking and visiting before breakfast. There were a couple small problems with the house that did not mess with our stay, and did not need immediate attention, but Adam and team were very responsive. Should we be blessed to make it back to Branson, we would love to stay here again.

Really a great stay for 7 guys. Plenty of space to hangout and the downstairs area was awesome. Had some issues with the theatre and Cindy was quick to get that resolved. Highly recommend this property! We even talked about coming back with our wives for a trip sometime!

The place was good, nice area, great view. The location was great for Branson. We had issue with first getting in our place, they responded immediately with that issue. Then the next morning when I went to make breakfast, I was unable to as the one pan was complete rust and the others were very dirty. I sent photos and messages. They responded a couple hours later, as we had already went out for breakfast by this point. However they brought all brand new pans over, very amazing of them. Whoever was staying above us was very loud at the night time, but that isn’t the hosts fault. So those were the only faults. They were great hosts, fixed our issues which is what they are supposed to do. I would recommend them and stay again.

Came down to Branson for a cheer competition and didn’t wanna pay pricey fees of condos and resorts. We had better amenities than our friends who had a luxury resort condo. It was private. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day spent in Branson. We were close to everything. The furthest we had to drive was 15 minutes. There’s a gas station five minutes away food around every corner. The apartment was very private. We hardly ran into our hosts when we did they were extremely friendly. We stayed with a two year-old and a 12-year-old and it fit our family perfectly. The pack and play was a great add-on because we forgot ours. The heated bed was so comfortable. I didn’t wanna leave overall 10 out of 10. We will definitely stay there next time we come back to Branson definitely book here before you book a hotel or a resort.

This is our third time staying here. We love it! She provides you with everything you need. The kitchen is really well stocked with spices etc. Everything just like home. Very clean and she also has games for adults and children. The outside is really nice, with a grill etc. Just perfect stay!

Joe has a beautiful home and an amazing view of the lake. Joe was always responsive, helpful and nice.

We planned this as a 4-day waterfall chasing adventure and Dennis and Naomi were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs, providing us with a list of the 5 best waterfalls to see and providing us with several interactive maps that were developed by a notable "waterfall chaser". As our rental period approached, the weather forecast showed cold and rainy for our entire 4-day stay. We decided to follow through with the rental and Dennis provided additional tips on hiking in the rain. Then, I threw out my back the day before our trip was to start, but once again we decided to follow through. We arrived late at night but with Dennis' guidance were able to find Big Oak Cabin with no trouble at all. Dennis further assisted by providing a list of the 5 best short and easy waterfall trails. Dennis was extremely responsive to other requests for assistance. The vacation turned out to be one of the most memorable we've had. thank you Dennis and Naomi!!

The condo was very clean and inviting , I loved the decor, the location was convenient and we felt very safe being in a gated community. The only issue we had was door to shower/tub/toilets are narrow and my companion could not get into use the toilet or bathtub with his wheelchair. The condo is not listed as accessible and Chris advised there were no grab bars in the bathrooms so I knew that upfront. I did not ask about the doorways - my fault. We were able to get by with a shower chair we found in the closet to transfer from his wheelchair. If you are a very large person or use any assistive devices to stand, you may want to check with Chris before you reserve to make sure this condo works for you.

Great location for Buffalo River access and plenty of comfortable beds for a big family! Will definitely book again. Only downside is not enough seating in the living room. The living room only had 3 seats ( one chair and a loveseat).

We were very pleased with the cabin and the location. We felt right at home. Very clean throughout the home and outside. Loved that we could have a small fire and roast marshmallows and hotdogs and just relax. No sounds of the city or traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway this is the cabin for you.

Private, golf course view condos off the main strip. Beautiful scenery. Staff was personable and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was just as described and Griff was always proactive giving information. It was so easy to check in and comfortable when we we arrived. We stayed in a nearby condo this summer also run by Griff. Enjoyed is so much and location was great. Thats why we went with him again.

Great property at a great price. There was so much to do. The unit exceeded expectations. I would recommend calling to ensure you get a bottom floor unit if you have people who struggle with stairs in your party (check photos).

Everything was great during our stay! The pool and hot tub was perfect temperatures. Golf course is beautiful and challenging. Jan was super helpful when there was confusion with check in. Would recommend this 10 out of 10 times.

Cheryl was a great and responsive host. There were a couple of small hiccups which were out of her control and probably due to the fact that our visit was early in the season, but her quick responsiveness made us quickly forget and to begin enjoying our trip. The place is clean and comfortable and the location is awesome for just about any show/attraction in Branson. It was just two of us, but the 2nd room with another king-size bed and 2nd bathroom would make it a great fit for more! The fact that there are no stairs and a designated parking space in front of the entrance was handy for bringing bags in. And the complex has a clean and kept outdoor salt water pool!! This listing will certainly be one we keep in mind for future travels!

Three floors with two bathrooms at each level was really nice for our big family get together!

The place was even better than described! Very clean, perfect location and fabulous amenities! We enjoyed our stay! I hope we can come back soon.
