This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit #3 sleeps 6 and is 1250sq ft. 2 Queens and 2 twins and 2 fold down twins. No groups. Max occupancy is 6 people. Violators with groups may get banned from use. Book all 3 levels to sleep 18. There is also a boat dock and a boat ramp for your use and a tennis court. Less than 1 mile from the White River State Park.

With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house.
