Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bulli

We loved our stay at Alana’s place. We needed somewhere quickly due to issues with our house, and Alana was super responsive and helpful when we needed it the most. The house was super comfortable for the three of us and our two dogs. The backyard was great for them to run around. Kitchen was well stocked which was also super helpful! Location was great, right near the beach. It’s on a main (ish) road but wasn’t too loud or disruptive. Thanks so much for having us!!

I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature and perfect for disconnecting from busy life style. Great getaway with kids, we had the opportunity to explore the waterfalls near by and definitely was part of the highlight of the trip.

The photos do not do the view justice. was so very relaxing to be on the water and just a few minutes walk to Jibbon beach.

Absolutely perfect place to spend a long Wintery 🥶 weekend doing nothing more than sitting in front of the fire with a glass of wine 🍷 and a cheese board. A few ventured out to play golf which only around the corner (and get coffees and bread from Sonoma) but most of the time we enjoyed cooking 🧑‍🍳 meals in the very well equipped entertainer’s kitchen. The pantry was generously stocked, so worth checking what they have before going to the shops. Make sure you bring bubble bath or bath salts though because the tub is gorgeous 👌 A great place for a group of friends as well as parents with young kids.

We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Caitlin’s. The deck area is huge, with the view looking out to the fields just magical in the afternoon. Plenty of room inside, with a big table and couches and a kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosting us.

Beautiful place and clinton looked after us so beautifully - even lighting the fire for us before we arrived. We felt very cared for 😊

a truely rare gem of a listing, 100% worth a stay

Maria's Little Gem is just that, a little gem. Everything you could want for a quiet overnight or a long stay. It's a short distance from Bowral CBD which is nice to have the quiet :)

We had a lovely stay, beautiful surroundings and view, walking distance to Cronulla Mall, coffee shops, restaurants, parks beaches and retail. Would definately stay again if opportunity arose. Donna

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in an ideal location - walkable to everything buzzy in Bondi or the smaller more peaceful beaches in the other direction (Tama, Bronte, etc). Perfect location a short walk from Tamarama beach and the VIEW!!! Apartment is lovely and modern inside, very comfortable and feels very private. Victoria was an incredible host and managed to arrange an early check in and late check out when she found out my flight times. Would absolutely stay again!

Ghassan was extremely responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Bathroom was on the smaller side but water pressure was good with hot water. Very near to Broadway shopping centre (5-6 min walk), which has a Coles, food and shopping.

We had an amazing stay at LivedIn Coogee. It was a beautifully decorated listing where we felt right at home! It had more than space for two and the king size bed and linen was incredibly comfy. Vanessa was extremely responsive, helpful and hospitable throughout the entire stay. We had a later return flight and she was understanding with accommodating a later checkout and allowed us to store our bags there until we had to take off. Highly recommend the area, it is off a main street and easy to drive/uber to nearby beaches (not very walkable as hilly).

Really enjoyed the stay. Great space to stay and relax, easy walk to main area in Bowral. Clean, well furnished and nice gas heater to keep the place warm in winter.

Such a beautiful airbnb. it's warm, bright and the decor is beautiful. felt right at home & didn't want to leave.

First time in Australia, and what a way to start! We had a great stay in the Bowral area, the house ticked every box we had – location / size / amenities to name a few; it was close (walking 2min) to where we needed to be daily - Milton Park Hotel, and all comms with Sara went very well, with assistance on any queries we had – sometimes on a daily basis! All I want to say is..Thank you to Barranca Team that allowed us to stay at they truly amazing facility/villa Jacaranda, perfect place to escape from the city traffic and everyday routine /rush to relax and recharge. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing weekend getaway! We really enjoyed our stay, it felt like a home away from home with all the comforts that you need when away. The facilities were fantastic and exactly what we needed. The home was spacious and furnished comfortably, and the amenities were clean and well looked after. Overall we cannot fault our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

truly a beautiful stay. the home was clean, comfortable and homely. spending nights by the fire place rugged up watching movies to listening to the nature in the mornings upon waking up, this place gives you a piece of home away from home. Peter was extremely easy to speak with and very helpful with any questions that needed answering, he was attentive and friendly. the amenities were nothing short of fantastic with everything you need. the only thing you need to bring is yourself, some food/drinks and you are all set to relax and enjoy the stunning property and it’s amazing views. will definitely be back to stay and try out another one of the lovely homes on the estate! We had the best time during our stay at The Hidden Door Villa. This property has a luxurious vibe while being so warm and inviting. Peaceful place to get away and relax while also being a short walk to most restaurants, boutiques, shops, cafes etc. Would highly recommend Jo and Greg’s property to anyone taking a trip to Bowral.

My stay at Palya @ Jingella was wonderful! The villa is beautiful and tucked away in an excellent location. It is fantastic to see so much wildlife each day! I’m looking forward to returning and highly recommend this stay!
