River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Relax with the family at this waterfront cottage. Cottage is only 100 ft from water’s edge, in quiet no-wake cove of Lake Anna. 1,200 sq ft cottage located on acre with space to park your boat. Boat dock to tie up your boat etc. and 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. Community boat ramp is 2 minute drive. Soak up the sun or enjoy lunch on the boat dock, with a sandy beach for the little ones. Back deck with gas grill after a day on the water and morning coffee with water views and wooded surroundings.

Perfect for large family gatherings and small children. 5 Bedrooms, (K, K BB, K, Q, Q BB BB) a large, well-appointed kitchen, wet bar, pool table, air hockey, Fiber Wi-Fi , 4 TVs with ROKU, DVD players, kayaks and paddle boards, a rowboat, private dock, and fire pit.
