It was my first time staying in this space and the experience was amazing. The building is modern and sophisticated, with a rooftop with a swimming pool, a gym and a pleasant atmosphere to have a wine at night. The view of the apartment is breathtaking — the sea and the reefs give you a nice day.

Adriano responds fast was very ancient the super friendly receptionist and Rodrigo of the concierge super good people even streamed uber that wasn't getting it.

The stay was smooth! I was able to work from there without any problems with noise or connection. Although it is not such a touristy neighborhood, I felt super safe all the time and was able to get to the tourist spots quickly. I had no problem getting an Uber. Maria welcomed me very well, was extremely kind and recommended places nearby. Lule has impeccable service, always clear, helpful and willing to help. The apartment was clean, organized and very well located, it has a bakery a few steps away, a market, bakery, pharmacy and easy access to Uber to Uber locations.

I rented it for about a month, and the location was great for what I needed. Close to hospitals, markets, restaurants and the like. There is a great little square very close by, with a chapel that I found to be the most beautiful thing (I passed by there every day and was delighted), the view from the Flat is beautiful, the Flat is totally organized and useful. I talked to Pedro only by messages and whenever I had questions he answered me well. I highly recommend it!
