Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

La Dolce Visciola is located among the green hills of the Marche region and overlooks a splendid panorama that stretches from the countryside to the sea. Ideal place for those who love to relax surrounded by nature. For those who want to recharge their batteries while staying at the farmhouse, you will find a large garden with swimming pool, bocce ball court and barbecue. In addition, for those who wish, you can taste some local delicacies from our farm, to fully experience your stay in the Marche through all the senses.

The apartment is located in the center of Sirolo, on the partially basement floor of a new building from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Blue Flag sea on the Riviera del Conero. The building was born from an old structure totally demolished and reconstructed according to the latest and strict anti-seismic regulations. On the ground floor there is the living area, with sofas (one "French" size sofa bed) and TV, separated from the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a second bathroom and a small room with a single bed. Heating, but not air conditioning, is provided.
