It is located 2 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. It is located on a southeast slope offering views of the green nature, in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park. The cottage has an area of 150 m2 with a shaded terrace, its south-east exposure offers a panorama of the Alps on a clear day.
