Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, sup (beach rental for a fee). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. To the airport about 25 minutes by car. The gazebo is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.

If you like to wake up with the animals and the nature, then this Log home is perfect for you. All is hand made by Stefan. The logs are moon cut and from our own forest. The hut has a green roof and is isolated with sheep wool and the floor is made with old wood.
