Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

A nice house which is also for sale. Only 15min by car from Valencia. Pool is lit at night, creating a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet place in nature to spend our honeymoon and take our dog. We decided to come to this wonderful place where we felt welcomed and at home before we even arrived. The place is special, even more beautiful than in the photos and Sergio took great care of us. The three of us enjoyed it very much and we will definitely return, I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the house for 10 days at the beginning of June 2025 and were completely satisfied. We particularly liked the exquisite location directly by the sea as well as the spacious garden/pool area. The pool is fenced, which was perfect for our children (4 years and 1 year old). It is simply fantastic to see the sea from every corner of the house and to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the sea. The beach directly in front of the house is more of a pebble/stone beach, but we knew that. This has the advantage that the beach section is not overcrowded. You should know that there are hardly any restaurants in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance), so you should better prepare for cooking in the house - also against the background that the restaurants in the area (about 10-15 minutes or more by car) are only open in the evening from 8:00 pm. It takes about 35-40 minutes by car to Valencia.

The house has a very nice courtyard that the photos don't do justice to. Both Matilde and Elias have been great, they have made our stay very easy. The area is very quiet and was perfect for what we were looking for

Close to lots of shops, in an accessible area for public transport and the best hosts, that were so considerate and welcoming - truly a perfect place for a quick trip. It was clean, safe and cozy, with all the amenities you could need. I will definitely stay again if we come back. Thank you Gabriel, we had the best time!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! Lara’s apartment was beautiful – the photos really don’t do it justice! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the lovely balcony at the back was a perfect spot for breakfast or just relaxing at any time of day. The location was super convenient, with tram and bus stops close by, making it easy to get around. Lara was incredibly helpful, providing us with loads of information about how to navigate the city, what to see and do, and even some great restaurant recommendations. If we ever come back to Valencia, we would definitely stay here again.
