The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Zum Chio sind es ca. 2 km mit dem Auto oder 20–30 Minuten Fußweg durch schönen Stadtpark. Ab 01.01.2026 erhebt die Stadt Aachen 2,50 € pro Person und Übernachtung. Die Abgabe ist bei Ankunft zu zahlen.

In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent a 70 m² apartment with a separate entrance on our farm (Eynattener Mühle), consisting of a large living-dining kitchen, a large bedroom, a small living-bedroom (single bed 185 x 85 cm), a bathroom. There is room for 3 adults and 1 baby (crib available). An outdoor seating area, directly by the Göhle, is available for our guests.

In the garden in front of the house can be used a seating area with bench and table.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
