In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

It is located in a very quiet side street opposite the Karman Auditorium of RWTH Aachen University, very central city location, 5 minutes' walk to the marketplace, town hall and Aachen Cathedral with many restaurants and cafés and cultural offerings.
