Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Buskerud

Very lovely stay, hope to come back one day ! The house is really magical and everything was as clean and functional. The water has a bit of a taste, like some other guests noted, so we brought a few bottles with us just for drinking and it was no problem. Bente left us some delicious home-made biscuits for our arrival. It was easy to access and park. It snowed a lot, but everything was regularly plowed. Thank you for everything !

We had a really nice stay there. Katjia and Nikos’s place is nice and spacious and the area is super beautiful.

We were four ladies who lived in Anne Marie's barn for a week while we were on a course at Rauland Academy. The Academy is just a short walk from the barn, it is a short walk to the shops, the house was super cozy and the host responded quickly to our questions. I highly recommend a stay in the barn.

We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

It was a very cozy house that contained everything that was necessary. Was nice and tidy, and just what we needed. A nice house that is nicely located. The host responded to all inquiries quickly and was accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s place. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and feels just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and BBQs, and our kids loved exploring the nearby forest and relaxing by the bonfire. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway and scenic hikes. Sadly, the weather kept us from using the kayak and SUP, but we still had a great time. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Mette's place, it very spacious with everything you could want. Mette is generous, kind and always ready to help. The view from the balconies is outstanding. if you are walking, it is 20mins from the train station and 10mins is uphill. Also you are in the middle of a 3 story building, and sometimes you will hear people walking around upstairs. Neither of these worried us, I only mention this in passing. They in no detracted from our experience. 5 stars all round. Thank you Mette.

Fantastic cabin. You can find the wonderful mountain view right outside the windows it was just as in the photos.

We had a great stay with our dogs, they loved the fully fenced garden. Beautiful surroundings, great hiking opportunities for all levels. Would visit again!

Beautiful stay at Elisabeth's, the quiet and the view are incredible. It really feels good, we feel like we're cut off from the world.

We were there for far too brief a stay. The setting is beautiful. Even for a single overnight, the late check out makes it possible to be a real holiday spot, not just a pleasant place to sleep. We had to wait to get in but Marcus had requested we let him know when we were going to arrive and I neglected to do that so I take some responsibility for that small delay.

This place is great! We were so sorry to leave after 3 nights. We would have liked to stay even longer. The cabin has all the comforts. You sleep wonderfully and the views are phenomenal. The host had also given nice hiking tips. Highly recommended!

We were a large group of friends who had the pleasure of renting the great cabin to Anette & Pål for a weekend. The cabin is spacious, has everything you need, is great furnished with furniture of good comfort, nice amenities and a fantastic view! Spent a short week at this cabin in early May. The cabin is absolutely stunning for hiking, or just enjoying the view from one of the many benches or chairs on the property. Here there is plenty of space, great solutions for the family, and even toys for the little ones. Everything is described in detail, so you don't have to wonder about anything before, during or after your stay. Bjørg Marit responds incredibly quickly and is very helpful if there should be anything. This place is highly recommended 👍

Wonderful cabin and Birgit was a fantastic host! We had a lovely stay - the cabin is very well equipped and comfortable. We hope to visit again!
