The way up is a nice ride, a bit heavy for some lots. Recommend to go up before dark. Remember good shoes and warm clothes. Hallingkarvet is seen to the north. Here's the sun from early morning to late night. The cabin has Rallarvegen and magical Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset to the east, and Hardanger to the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can take advantage of the countless trails and trails in the area

Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. Hiking terrain and ski slopes in the immediate vicinity (ski slopes into Nordmarka, or drive 10 min to Mylla)- Includes living/dining room, new IKEA kitchen (with induction oven, oven, fridge/freezer), bathroom with incineration toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. Electric heaters (not wood burning). Duvets and pillows for 5 people, the tenant brings their own bed linen and towels etc.

Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel cabin listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut field. There is a small hut field with good distance between the huts and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. Cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch on the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in the kitchen cabinet and there may be items in the refrigerator with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.
