Set on the Brecon canal "Poppy's Pad" is a new modern luxury studio apartment with a private entrance set on the canal bank and is located above a community pub which welcomes families, dogs and couples. It has a large living area valued ceiling, king bed, sofa bed and full kitchen. A separate luxury bathroom with a walk in shower completes the space. The apartment over looks the hills and town of Risca which can be seen from the two Juliet balconies. It does not have a separate bedroom.

There are many local walks, just over the fence can take you in all sorts of directions over the mountains and hills surrounding Cwmtillery, or just take a stroll down to Cwmtillery Lake. 20 mins from the M4 corridor, this is a great bolthole for visiting the surrounding area, or just staying to visit family or friends. Please note that there is no separate bedroom. With 2 person outside bath for a romantic getaway

Hi myself and my husband own The Red Lion public house with a regular clientele ,we have had the pub in the family for thirty eight years we are a big part of the community we run a quiz night and we also have an open mic night once a month ,we have no issues with late night noise we have an older generation visit us ,the flat has been sound proofed which is very good we only open at 4-30 through the week and weekend we are open 3 pm sat 12pm sun .

This is a brand new static caravan sited in a large garden with its own parking and access. With full gas central heating and hot water. Kitchen and dinning area with everything you need. There is a small park and decking area which you also got access to. Anything else you needed or wanted to ask just let us know. (We Just ask not to smoke or vaping in caravan or in our garden as we don’t want cigarettes buds left in on the floor thanks)
