Rear garden has both a patio and artificial grass area with rattan garden furniture. Only 5 mins walk from local transport (train and bus). Only 30 minutes from Cardiff city centre and Cardiff bay also close to the Brecon Beacons. Lots do do nearby such as Caerphilly Castle, Taff trail (walking). Castle Coch and lots more.

We are situated on the Taff Trail, within 2 minutes walking distance of two great local pubs serving excellent pub grub, local shop, hairdresser, takeaways and service station. Bike Park Wales located 5-miles, Mountain View Bike Park Caerphilly 12-miles from us and Cardiff City Centre 15-miles away. Local and regular train service is walking distance from our home and we have good motorway access. Parking and secure storage available for bicycles & motorbikes.

Self-contained Mountain-top Retreat

Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.

Double bedroom and sometimes shared bathroom

Double bedroom with sometimes ( when both rooms are occupied but there is a 2nd bathroom downstairs which i use) shared bathroom next to the bedroom in a residential semi detached house. Please let me know your arrival times and I will let you know where to park. As per the notes, I have cats and dogs so if you have allergies or aren't ok with animals, this is not for you.
