Holiday rentals with beach access in Caicos Islands

Ocean Orchid was absolutely amazing. My family (wife, 4 y/o and 3 mos old), plus grandparents, stayed here for a full week. Nearby beach is super peaceful (like no one ever) and great for little kids. The backyard pool and sandpit was a big hit with our oldest, who just couldn't get enough of the table in the water and the big boat. Won't lie, I had fun watching the fish from the infinity pool. Karen was a wonderful host. Went above and beyond A+ hospitality. Upon arrival, there were some great snacks. She even went out and got us some super soft linens and an infant bath chair for our baby. All in all, would highly recommend staying here. Great location if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, but still 15-20 minute to anything on the island, clean and always cool inside. Views were great from the decks (yes, two decks). If this is available during your travels, don't hesitate.

We had such a peaceful time here. Bright sunlit unit with ocean views and comfortable new looking fit out. Owner mentioned to us he had just put in a brand new AC and definitely appreciated how well it worked after some struggles with another unit. And Mike was so friendly and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo, we hope to visit again!

Brads place was a an ideal location for our stay in North Caicos. His co-host, Regine, sent us a lot of useful information in order to best prepare is for our stay. She also met us at the ferry dock and we followed her in our rental car to the property. Regine showed us around and gave us a brief orientation of the condo as well. The property itself is just as described and sits on a beautiful, secluded beach. We felt spoiled with the beauty that surrounded us and were sad to leave. The bedrooms were spacious with AC and beds were comfy. We especially enjoyed sitting in the living room with the screened patio door open so we could hear the sounds of the ocean. Don't hesitate to book of you're looking for a spot on North Caicos. You won't regret it.

Steve place is just what we needed. Location is great. The pool right outside our room was a plus. The view is amazing. His place is clean and perfect for a couple or a solo trip. The beach is like a 2 min drive and 15 min walk. It felt like our own private beach. Steve also provided us with a cooler and beach chairs big plus. IF you book here Rent a car. It will save you a ton of money especially if you leave 2 to 3 times a day or want to really explore the island. It will pay for itself on day one. Its like $90 round trip with a taxi to most places. If your looking for Safe and clean then this your place. You dont want to spend all your time in the room with all the beautiful beaches on this island.

We had a great stay here. The location was convenient and it was walking distance to the beach! The condo also came stocked with nearly everything you'd need for a beach day (beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas, cooler bag) which was a very nice addition. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful.

Elesia place was very clean and looked even better than the pictures!! I love how her rental is stocked with towels, beach chairs, games etc. The location is perfect as it is right in grace bay, near crackpot kitchen. I had a rental car so the private gate and parking was perfect for me. Anytime I needed anything Elesia made sure to respond promptly, which I really appreciated. The only cons I would have was the ants (which are pretty normal in Turks) you just have to make sure you don’t leave any food out. Also, it was raining so there was a few frogs outside and about two managed to get inside. Regardless I would still stay here again!!

This property was clean and beautiful, and the hosts met all our needs and helped with arrangements that would have been more challenging on our own. Our stay was wonderful, relaxing, and everything and more that we hope it would be. The islands are truly amazing!!

Our stay at Flamingo’s Nest was phenomenal. This house is perfect for an island escape. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The beach is a stone’s throw away, less than a 2 minute stroll. It’s a fantastic beach and we had it almost entirely to ourselves— so different from the crowded beaches of Provo. There is a convenient store (KJs) about a 3 minute drive. North Caicos itself is amazing and worth the extra effort to get to. Everywhere we went we were just about the only visitors there. Can’t recommend both the island and the house enough.

What a wonderful gem! The location is absolutely perfect! Description was spot on, a 1 minute walk to one of the prettiest beaches on the island! We are a family of 5 (3 kids age 8,9,12)…all the pool and beach toys and accommodations were perfect for a day at the beach (paddle board, wagon, chairs and umbrella)…there are a couple of beach bars and a restaurant at the other end of the beach, so you can walk down and grab drinks but walk back to the more private end of the beach. The house was great. Anything that popped up unexpectedly (example fire pit was out of propane) Amy was very quick to resolve. Kids all had their own space but we could cook and play game on the balconies as a family. Washer and dryer for laundry was used every day for kids stuff, which was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels for beach and pool days. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy TCI.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was described perfectly. We did rent a car but would have been completely fine without it. The property was extremely clean and we had everything that we could have needed. The patio was the perfect place to have dinner and hang out with the family in the evenings. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, and the beach were a really quick walk. I would highly recommend this property for small families and/or a small group of friends. Just returned from eight days at Nina and Dale's beautiful home. From the time of booking throughout our stay, Nina and Dale were very responsive to all communications. The home is lovely, and the photos of the property are very accurate. It was easy to find from the hosts' detailed instructions, and we felt very safe there. The beds and pillows were comfortable; the air conditioning was cold; ample towels and toiletries are provided; and we particularly appreciated their reverse osmosis 5-gallon water cooler! We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy the outdoor shower & spigot to rinse off before going in the house. The keypad for entry worked flawlessly, and the gate remote was very convenient. Several grocery stores are a few minutes' drive away, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking/grilling. Bight Reef/Coral Gardens was a few minutes walk, and the home is also very close to Grace Bay and Smith's Reef. Really an all positive experience. Thank you!

It’s hard to put into words what an amazing trip we had and how much this wonderful place contributed to that. It was quiet, private, and even had a private beach within walking distance. Everything you needed for cooking was in the kitchen, and the rooms are nicely separated for privacy. Our favorite part was Soldier, our island dog, who loved to walk us to the beach every day and was waiting for us when we woke up. The location of this place was great and that it is close to grocery shopping, the airport and some cute restaurants. We will definitely plan to visit again. Great place with great hosts!

Do yourself a favor & book this place!! Spotless home with perfect AC units (I'm usually VERY picky with cleanliness), very WFH friendly (desk, chair, very good wifi, etc), and very safe location! I stayed here as a solo female traveler & never felt the need to even lock my door! Perfect place to stay long term, too - comes with everything you need, it's away from all of the resorts/noise (& fratty people). Incredible price, too! I will only come back to TCI if this home is available! I stargazed in the pool every single night. Jim & Maria are incredible hosts who were so helpful in every way. For example, I'm pretty sure Maria took the batteries out of her fire alarm to put into mine, so she suffered all night, but I didn't have to. They also lent me their paddleboard, gave me endless tips/tricks, & were so kind! Really made the island feel special. Thank you SO much for everything!

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

Wow! This place was perfect for my husband, myself, and our one year old. It’s so close to everything and allowed us to easily jump around to all the different beaches. The house is stunning and view is to die for! Highly highly recommend!!! Also, David is really great to rent from. He was super helpful and flexible with us, which were super grateful since we had our son with us and babies need flexibility ha! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!

Ulma’s place was perfect! The central location to everything was great since we went everywhere. At the house they had beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear and quite a bit of other items we did not use. The pool was basically right out the back gate! The AC worked wonderfully, the house was stocked with everything we needed, it was incredibly clean, and the lay out for us was great. Highly recommend staying here!!

James was very responsive and left clear instructions for us. The Airbnb was the cleanest we have ever stayed in, and the location is perfect. Slightly away from the hustle and noise of the main resorts but still within 5 min walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The Turks Kabob and CocoVan are quick, inexpensive places to get food and the resort restaurants and Coco Bistro. The grocery store across the street has everything you need and was the deli there was very economical for lunch food. We were very happy with our stay!

Loved the stay! Easy walk to Shark Bite and Hideaway Cafe. Beach is an easy walk and all the beaches are close drive. Big balcony! Comfortable furniture. Helpful amenities. I cannot hear neighbors. Two pools are great and very close to room. Would stay again.

Mark’s place was the perfect fit for us! It’s quiet and peaceful, you can see a bit of the ocean from within the studio through the patio. Mark provided great recommendations and was super proactive with all of my questions. It was also great that we got to use the snorkel fins and beach chairs they provided.

Just as advertised. Clean and very close to Smith Reef Beach. as others have mentioned, a car is a must. we had a great trip.

This place is perfect for exploring Turks and Caicos! The location was great & in walking distance of multiple restaurants, coffee, and even the beach. You can rent snorkel gear about a half mile down the road and even walk to Smith's Reef to snorkel. I really appreciated the binder of information, recommendations, and maps too. Great location in Turtle cove, one block from Marina for diving! Gemma was very accommodating and flexible, which was great with our schedule! Check out Viator website for activities! Definitely need a rental car for transit on the island!

Clare was an amazing host and went up and beyond during our stay! The location doesn’t get better, you have everything you need within walking distance and the apartment was beautiful!
