Our 2 night stay at Rocky Top Retreat was absolutely beautiful! The accommodation was private and everything you could need and only minutes away from town for a meal at the pub or local restaurant. The wood fireplace was great to relax in front of with a glass red on the cool night's. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore the local area. Highly recommended and hope to return again one day. Thanks Sam and Rach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous space! The home private and tranquil, situated well off the road with no neighbours to be seen or heard. It has multiple outstanding outdoor spaces including a lovely back lawn overlooking the mountains and cattle paddocks. We enjoyed long evenings with a bottle of wine around the fire pit. The indoor spaces are thoroughly thought out, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The “log home” atmosphere felt beautiful and cozy. The home was exceptionally clean and well presented. Thank you for the thoughtful addition of milk and fruit. We went in winter and it was perfect. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy winter getaway. I’m not one hundred percent sure if the home has air conditioning, so if you are travelling in summer maybe that’s something to clarify. Thank you, we would love to stay again!

Such a great place to stay! quiet and secluded + clean and comfy. Everything you need with great natural light from the huge windows.

Tranquility was at the top of our holiday list in Cairns, and our stay or Wendy’s and Glenn’s didn’t fall short of our expectations. The comfortable layout of the space was most welcomed and the architectural design sat beautifully against the landscape. Highly recommend!

We had a great few days away. The place was comfortable, clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Dian also supplied a lovely breakfast as a treat. This was a nice surprise which we enjoyed. Amazing! So comfortable, luxurious and private. Perfect for a couple looking to relax and switch off. Amanda is very helpful, friendly and professional. 5* all the way and will certainly re-book when in the area again.

What an amazing stay! It was so private I could just roam around naked. We loved the rainwater-style shower and it is beautifully presented inside. Would defs stay again!
