A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

We had a great short stay and enjoyed our time here. We really liked the vibe and and the lovely views from the terrace The walk into town is also really nice offering great views. We can recommend.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

The apartment was in perfect condition, impeccable, very comfortable and with everything you need. We also loved the area of the accommodation, next to the beach and close to supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. and all kinds of restaurants. The host was attentive at all times and provided all the amenities during the stay, highly recommended, I would definitely repeat! 10.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. Apartment Baupres luxury is a fantastic option to visit Calpe. Its view is a real luxury. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The situation on the promenade is excellent. Our hostess took luxury on our arrival, and communication with her was fabulous. Thank you so much for everything...!!!

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. This designer house has a special charm! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda, taking in the stunning views of the garden and the sea. We especially loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living—the connection to the garden and pool area made the entire space feel open and inviting. Even when sitting inside, it felt as we were still part of the outdoors. The host and staff truly enhanced our experience. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. A small issue with the sink was resolved within a few hours.

Michael and Sabrina are excellent hosts and the apartment is comfortable and well appointed with a beautiful view over the marina.

Amazing views from the balcony made the spot perfect for a relaxing morning and afternoon in the sun ☀️. While the location is roadside (back of apartment where bedrooms are) there is little noise from it to disturb you and the benefits of being high up on the top floor with far reaching views far outweigh any negatives. Walkable a few mins in both directions east and west are great restaurants and bars. Very relaxing beachside location and Moraira had all amenities you could need.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

The house is in a beautiful location with a stunning view. The stylish design is detailed and so beautiful. Contact with Damian was friendly and flexible with check in. It is highly recommended, we would like to come back!

We had a lovely stay! The highlight was definitely the stunning view—absolutely breathtaking. The patio was perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and it really made the space feel like a true getaway. The bedroom did get a bit warm at night, especially during the hotter evenings, but the hosts provided a fan which helped keep things comfortable. Overall, a peaceful, scenic spot that we'd happily return to! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Five stars! Saleem was a fantastic & kind host, and the beachfront residence was very private. The views of the Mediterranean were absolutely breathtaking, and we especially loved relaxing under the beautiful glass pergola. Finding sea glass along the shore was a fun bonus. Highly recommend!

Flat was in perfect location to restaurants and beach, clean, tidy . Chloe was really accommodating and quick to respond, we had a great week.
