Monthly Rentals in Cala Major

Thoroughly enjoyed our month here. The apartment is well located, very spacious and has friendly neighbours and good facilities. The bedrooms have lots of natural light through the day with comfortable beds and lots of storage. The only slight negative for me as a chef cooking every day is that the kitchen needs some renovation. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Palma! I had a fantastic stay in this beautiful 2-room apartment in the center of Palma. The apartment is super modernly furnished and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed by the opportunity to enjoy the drinking water directly from the tap – a small but nice detail that made the stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent. He was always quickly available and took care of all questions and concerns immediately. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the city and immersing yourself in the local atmosphere. Everything is very good. Beautiful sea view and very nice Cala Major area for living and a long stay

Great location very near one of the cute beaches in Palma. Paulino, our main contact, was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious and has a nice sea view. We felt immersed with the locals as the apartment is not part of a bigger tourist compound. Parking requires some skill and patience but is free and always worked out.
