What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

We enjoyed the stay at Pietro's very much - the apartment was a dream. The location directly by the sea with beach access is unique. The beach was never crowded and the view of the sea is beautiful. The entire complex is very well maintained and quiet, an ideal place to relax. Pietro was a very helpful host who took care of things very quickly and also gave very good recommendations for the area. The apartment is very well equipped and we felt right at home and had everything we needed. The check-in instructions were very precise and therefore finding the accommodation and checking in was totally uncomplicated. We enjoyed the week very much and can highly recommend both accommodation and host for a stay!

The place is beautiful. Just like the pictures. There is everything you need. Michael even provides detergent, shower gel and shampoo. He is a great host, very caring and attentive and always super quick to reach. We also received a small gift from him as a welcome and he always gave us tips on what to do in the area. You can reach wonderful beaches after very short car journeys. The view from the terrace is also sensational and you can enjoy a really nice mountain view right after a short walk in the other direction. We felt completely comfortable and had a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

Such a lovely, unique place. Patrizia and her son were super warm, welcoming and responsive. We had the pool to ourselves and adopted their dogs and cats for the few days. Water, wine and milk in the fridge were really appreciated on arrival, as was the coffee. Close to great beaches and the view from the terrace is special.

We (young family with small child) had a very nice time in the accommodation. The apartment is cozy and well equipped – everything you need is there. The well-kept garden with garden hose is particularly convenient. It is only a 5-minute walk to the sea, the beach is wonderful and not overcrowded. Unfortunately, the nearby supermarket was still closed, but in Pula you can get there in a few minutes by car. There you will find everything you need - including nice restaurants and evening entertainment. We can definitely recommend the place!

Place and wonderful!!! Beach in front of the house. Perfectly clean house. All the things inside are made precisely for the project of Andrea who wanted to show the culture and traditions of Sardinia and landscapes in the incredible photos. Andrea is a special person. You rarely meet people like him on your life's journey. He explained everything to us calmly and was always available. And that's not all. We talked about many things. I think if we had more time, a dinner together would be a great pleasure... Thank you for everything and for the beautiful things we could experience in these few days. A big hug, Andrea. Tita Villa is a beautiful and very well-equipped house located in the prestigious Is Morus compound – a peaceful and secure area, perfect for relaxed walks among pine trees and holiday homes. While the compound has its own beach access, we personally preferred the nearby beach at Santa Margherita di Pula – absolutely stunning! The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Communication with Lorenzo was super easy and quick, and self-check-in was smooth and straightforward. He’s been an excellent and very kind host throughout our stay. We can 100% recommend Tita Villa and would love to come back in the future!

The apartment is on the first floor, it is small but extremely functional and equipped with all the necessary comforts to spend a wonderful holiday... Ideal for a family with children/teenagers because it has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The presence of 2 full bathrooms is convenient. The kitchen is also impeccably equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. Beautiful and spacious covered terrace where there is a dining table, grill oven, laundry corner and sofas... very comfortable and exposed in an optimal position to enjoy lunches and dinners. The garden is spacious with an outdoor shower, table and sofas. The exclusive swimming pool is very beautiful, exposed in such a way as to enjoy the afternoon sun. Alessia and Paolo were very courteous and thoughtful, providing us with a lot of useful information for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Enricos and Claudia's house in Chia! The house is perfect for five people – very clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is unbeatable: only a short walk to the dream beach and at the same time absolutely quiet and relaxing. Enrico and Claudia were great hosts – warm, helpful and always available. We felt completely comfortable.

A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again immediately. Thank you Stefano and team for having us as your guests!

The garden/yard is fantastic. It made the space truly remarkable. I hope to stay here again when I come back.

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)
