We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Very nice house, two blocks from the beach. From all rooms you can get to terraces. The bus right on the beach runs into town every 20 minutes. Heating in all rooms, we were there in April, that's already good. Good amenities, everything is there. Some old pans could be replaced. Supermarket within walking distance. A few nice chairs in the garden would still be great. And thank you to Daniela for the great care when checking in and out and the many tips.

The house is located in a very beautiful environment. The terrace is beautiful, with indescribable views. Very quiet. Near a beautiful beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Enrico was always very accessible and very nice. We can recommend this house without hesitation.

Great place to stay right next to beach! Immaculate and clean with clear instructions. Couldn't of gone better

Although Simona wasn't able to meet with us, she was proactive and made sure to regularly check in, in case we needed anything. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, including fresh fruit from their garden and bread which was delightful. Only thing I would say is the shower situation isn't great, but Simona has said they are working to change it soon - The tub is high if you have mobility issues. Other than the odd shower situation it was fantastic and functional, the garden is also gorgeous!

It is one of the best place if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The house is cleaned and you can find a lot of things that can be useful thoughout your stay. For example, various board games. The owner of the house is really kind and nice person. We were getting messages and replies fast. We recommend this place

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Our vacation in Elmira's house was very nice! The accommodation was very clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Communication with Enrico worked smoothly, Enrico was very nice, always available and responded very quickly. The beach Sa Ruxi is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes and Villasimius is also a few minutes away by car. The accommodation looks bigger in the photos, which did not bother us. I'm sure we'll be back!

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Federico responded very quickly and Ricardo's reception was warm, we felt right at home. Super nice bathroom, cozy beds, great location, beautiful beach! We'll be back for sure!

The stay was very nice overall. Communication was mainly through the host's son, who speaks English very well and gave us helpful tips on activities and restaurants in the area. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is large and clean, and the view was very nice. For the host, it was okay that friends also visited us at the pool. A note for dog owners: Our uncastrated male and the free-running female on the property were difficult to separate from each other, which led to some effort. However, after consultation with the host, a solution could be found.

We (young family with small child) had a very nice time in the accommodation. The apartment is cozy and well equipped – everything you need is there. The well-kept garden with garden hose is particularly convenient. It is only a 5-minute walk to the sea, the beach is wonderful and not overcrowded. Unfortunately, the nearby supermarket was still closed, but in Pula you can get there in a few minutes by car. There you will find everything you need - including nice restaurants and evening entertainment. We can definitely recommend the place!

The apartment was a good starting point to explore the south of the island. The local beach is within walking distance and there are great restaurants and cafes in the area. Shopping facilities are also available. Stefano had great tips on excursion destinations, beaches and other destinations in the area. He was always available and a very good host. We will miss having breakfast on the terrace. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house, very clean. Very well equipped. You definitely need a car to get to the beautiful beach. 20 min to Cagliari. Near the grocery store. Perfect location to relax

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. We enjoyed our stay as a family of four. The location of the house is really quiet and private, a car is obligatory for supermarkets or restaurants. Everything was clean and you won’t find unnecessary stuff in the house. We really enjoyed the beach close to the house, so you’re able to go for a walk early in the morning or late evenings :) Lorenza is always helpful and really tries her best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She solved every litte problem we had almost immediately. Thanks again!

Excellent stay; the place is fabulous with this direct access to the sea and the rocks that meant there was no one there while the surrounding beaches were very crowded. The terrace is extra and the apartment is very equipped with all the appliances and a lot of details and attentions and all the basic products are there. Kayaks and other masks, fins, beach games; deckchairs etc. were also very popular! Orazio was extremely friendly even before our arrival and even agreed to receive large packages for us that arrived a week before our stay. He also gave us recommendations for places to visit or events. In short, it was perfect and we hope to return one day.

We felt very comfortable with Sylvia and Roberto. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the quiet location very much and also that the beach was within a few minutes' walk. An ideal place to relax and go on excursions.
