Perfect place for what we needed! Walking distance to beach. Nice ocean breeze when sleeping! Would try again next time I’m in LA!

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Ana Maria’s place is an absolute gem! It’s comfortable, quiet, full of thoughtful touches, and a beautiful open space. But an even bigger gem is Ana Maria herself! She was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!

We had a great stay! The location is right on Hollywood Blvd, which can feel a little chaotic at times, but we felt safe walking around—even with kids. It was quieter than expected and super convenient to explore the Walk of Fame, grab food, or check out fun spots like the Funko store (definitely worth a stop!). One major perk: the metro station is just a short walk away, and we took it straight to Universal Studios—it was super easy and saved us from dealing with parking there. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything from beach towels and shampoo to laundry pods and cleaning supplies. It really felt like they’d thought of everything. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Parking in the attached garage was a huge plus. It felt secure, and having elevator access straight to the unit was really convenient. Honestly, we wished we had more time!

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here! It was convenient that this listing included parking since we had a rental car and Cathy's instructions made checking in and out very straightforward. The apartment is modern, clean, and quiet which made it the perfect place for us to relax after a long day of exploring LA. We're both big fans of Korean food and we really enjoyed the sheer number of of great cafes and restaurants within a ten minute walk from the apartment. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Staying with Vee was great. The pics are accurate. There’s no bad smell. Because we know some places have a smell to it. But vees place smelled good. The bed was comfortable. Very soft. Might be too soft for people who like firm beds. Some air bnb beds can be back breaking and hard to sleep on but this one was very comfortable was able to sleep great. Both me and my wife. Area felt safe. You have your own parking spot in a garage which is great because street parking in CA is a nightmare. Neighbors were quiet had no complaints. Vee is also very responsive if you have any questions. It felt updated and modern not an old place to stay in. The place was also very clean when we arrived. Next time we come back to CA I’ll probably be looking up Vee again. Oh and I left a box fan for future guest. Because lord knows I hate sleeping without one. And it was only 20 bucks. lol

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Very nice apartment, very spacious and clean as well as a great host in Kye. It was actually better than I expected will be using again.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

Steve is a great host! He’s very responsive to messages and questions. Check-in was super easy and convenient. The apartment felt very safe, which was very important to me. Having a designated parking spot was a huge plus. The pool and the amenities offered are very impressive and serene like, doesn’t even feel like you’re practically about 15-20 mins away from every big attraction in the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Neal's apartment felt like a second home from the moment my son and I walked in! This welcoming one-bedroom is filled with beautiful plants (as a huge Pothos fan, I was in heaven!), and you can tell Neal has put thoughtful details into every corner of his humble and pristine space. The location is fantastic - quiet, safe neighborhood that felt perfect for a mother-son getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean and Neal was an excellent host, making sure we checked in safely and had everything we needed. My only tiny suggestion would be adding a few more spices to the kitchen - a little garlic salt, Adobo, or paprika never hurt anybody! 😊 But honestly, that's being picky because everything else was perfect. Fun coincidence: Back in 2017 when I worked in pharma, one of my clients was Kite, whose HQ is right around the way from Neal's place. Small world! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us, Neal!

Super clean which is very important to me! Place was spotless! Location was great! Cozy place! Rochelle was great at communicating! 👏🏻 There were some other guests on the top floor so you could hear them and their footsteps but other than that it was great! 🙂

Excellent property with excellent owners - we stayed for a couple of days during our son’s Pepperdine graduation and the property met our needs. Very spacious kitchen and living room. Amazing ocean views. Very clean. Strong communication. Highly recommended

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

Wendy’s home in Los Angeles was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with every amenity we could have needed — from toiletries and kitchen essentials to little extras that made our stay feel special. Wendy was a fantastic host: responsive, kind, and genuinely caring about our comfort. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. We had an extremely good experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
