Our house has a detached new unit at the backyard with a separate entrance. My brother and I are both professional workers, and mostly spend afternoons around the house. We love to travel and appreciate seeing the world as much as possible. We would love to have you as our guest while on your own adventure around the world!

LA, Top of the Hills, Views, Pool, Private Suite

We would like to offer people from all over the world visiting Los Angeles a place to relax after intense sightseeing tours or after a long work day. We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Just have a glass of wine at the end of our back yard on top of the hill and watch the moon and stars, do a few laps in the pool, or just watch a movie in your own living room.

Mountain Studio with Spectacular Views

Unique studio apartment perched hillside in the Santa Monica Mountains. Enjoy breathtaking views of Saddle Peak and wild Calabasas. This mountain escape offers a real nature experience while being just 15 minutes from the Malibu Pier and 35 minutes from North Hollywood. Cruise along the winding canyon roads to incredible lookouts and picnic spots, hike the backbone trail, or surf some waves in Malibu. Please note- we live upstairs in the main house. There may at times be noise from upstairs.

The suite boasts a vintage style tub, record player, faux fireplace, Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, 55 inch smart t.v, table/chairs, antique tea table.

Private balcony with views and beach gear for the summertime. Our renovated private guest suite is located on Woodland Hills neighborhood 12 miles from Topanga Beach, 17 miles from Malibu, 18 miles from Santa Monica and 16 miles from Universal Studios. If you prefer to be "off the beaten path" but yet close enough to enjoy the conveniences of town-this is the spot for you! Before booking, please keep in mind that the access to the unit is through an outdoor set of stairs with no railing.

Treetop Oasis with a Balcony and Mountain Views

This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.
