Includes unlimited river access and the use of paddle boards/kayaks with your stay. Whether you want to get away and read a good book near the river, go fishing or play games with the family, there's fun for everyone of all ages. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Glamping style!

The San Marcos River Haus is the perfect family getaway. Enjoy a private, gated retreat on 2 acres, the River Haus is the perfect blend of luxury living and rustic charm. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family to be together or get quiet time if needed. Quiet times from 10:00 pm-10:00 am please. We would love for you to visit and have a wonderful time but no hooting and hollering outside after 10:00 pm. We respect our neighbors rights to get good rest.

Guests from all over the state come to enjoy the spring-fed, blue water of the San Marcos River which has a consistent good water flow, great fishing & is perfect for tubing & kayaking!

What we love about the place are the soft sounds, serenity, and sublte but substantial emotions that are fueled by the surrounding nature and healing and cleansing navigable river. if you are a steward of the river and promise to treat her with respect , you are welcome to book your stay. It's out in the country but close enough to town ( 10 mins to San Marcos, and you can take back roads! The eco friendly landscape is amazing and it’s sustained with our rain collectors.

Enjoy staying at our 3 Houses (Nut, Rooster and Bird) on a beautiful and peaceful pecan orchard with almost 6 acres for you and your guests. Houses are just a few feet away from each other and can sleep 9, 9 and 12 guests each for a total of 30 guests. Enjoy tubing on the river, shopping at the Outlets or simply enjoy an outdoor meal with your loved ones.
