You will enjoy having a backyard with a trampoline, fire pit, and three outdoor dining areas: the upper deck with a bbq and lower deck w/fire pit. Watch the kids at the playground from comfort of the patio. The primary suite has a jetted soaker bathtub and walk-in closet. The loft has a tv room, play area with toys for kids, reading book and gym.

Saddledome, 17th Ave and Downtown right at your Doorstep. This location us 2 blocks from the Saddledome and 4 blocks from 17th Ave. There are several restaurants, a Shoppers Drug mart and grocery store 2 blocks away. I can only accommodate guests who will arrive at the Condo by 9 pm as there is a intercom to let you into the building. I have spared no expense in preparing this space. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all the spices and main condiments you need.
