The beds were so comfortable & there is ample space for you & your family! Quiet neighbourhood with great views & we always felt safe in this home. Cannot wait to return to this property!

A little drive from the downtown but we chose this place because of close proximity to the airport. The house suited our needs during our stay and kept our toddler very busy with games. Rinie was very responsive to our questions. There was a broken chair which was communicated. The floor looked spotless until we saw our little ones dirty feet. The provided vacuums didn’t seem to work properly. Otherwise, we loved the place. My dad was impressed. If given a chance to come back in Calgary, we would definitely book this place again!

This is the second time we’ve booked a Calgary weekend in this house. It is lovely .. inside and out!! And very clean!!! The kitchen is very well stocked and the linens and bedding are really nice. The view of downtown Calgary is spectacular and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces every chance we got.

As the second of Sue’s AirBnBs we stayed at during some renovations, it was just a lovely as the first. Lots of light, park views, and comfort in the full walkout basement suite. Sue had great communication and was so helpful to us during our stay! We highly recommend a stay here. Thanks so much Sue!

This place is such a great value. Close to the Main Street but very quiet. Easy check in and check out. The rooms are clean and everything you need for a short stay is in the suite. The host is very actively responsive. I asked if I can check in a bit earlier than 4pm (my flight was 5am in the morning), they kindly let me check in at their earliest convenience. Very much appreciated! The only thing for me is the sound proof could improve (maybe I just have very sensitive ears…and am a light sleeper). If you’re like me. Overall, it’s a very very good bnb to stay. Would highly recommend!

Some might say quirky, some might say a bit dated. There could definitely be another comfy chair in the living area. But for me this was an ideal place to stay. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, detached , within walking distance of downtown. As a plus , it is in a quiet corner of a quite an impressive little community ( Kensington) too. Add on a friendly, responsive host - and it's 5 stars from us.

This listing would be an excellent alternative to a hotel stay for visitors. The basement of the house is converted into an apartment with all the amenities you will need. Short walk to the Sunalta CTrain Station and then in a couple of minutes you're in downtown. I recommend taking a stroll along nearby 13th Avenue. It's a beautiful street lined with the residential architecture that the Sunalta neighborhood is famous for. Ten or twelve minute walk to the No Frills supermarket to stock up inexpensively if you're planning on eating in.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was just like the listing—clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The host was super responsive and made check-in and check-out really easy. The suit had everything I needed, including modern appliances, a big TV, and super fast Wi-Fi. Everything worked well, and it felt really comfortable throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

It was very nice. The view was wonderful. And was very clean. My family and I really enjoyed the house!

I live in Vancouver, and I just wanted to get away for a week, this was the perfect place to stay on vacation! The view was incredible, the place was so spacious, the pool was fabulous, the gym was handy, the tennis court was a total bonus, this airbnb is also located on the edge of downtown, so you're minutes away from nightlife, the river, shopping, food, grocery, and anything you need really! Nathnael was also super helpful and responsive throughout my whole stay with any questions I had!

The place had everything we needed for our stay. We requested fragrance free products due to chemical sensitivity and Beth accommodated us. Which we are grateful for. The place was very clean and well supplied. The was great communication with the host. Easy access for travel to any location Nice and quiet

We had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous location. The house is beautifully laid out with everything we needed in a huge space big enough to accommodate our whole family. Our grandchildren and kids spent the whole day in the pool while we explored the farm land and just relaxed on the patios. We really enjoyed our weekend at the ranch as it is so different from living on Vancouver Island…made us feel like Albertans again. We will definitely recommend your great Airbnb and the pictures do not even do it justice since it is even lovelier.

From start to finish everything was smooth and easy.

We stayed at Chantelle's place as it was close to relatives in Calgary. Nice well kept place very quiet , easy parking and lovey balcony with a view of Calgary.

Great little studio within walking distance to the hospital. Perfect for people working there or needing accommodation close by. Nice to be right by the river and walking trails.

Wonderful location on the edge of downtown with a view of the river and Kensington. Ten minutes walk to all services. Building well secured with helpful concierge and underground parking. The host is very helpful with prompt, clear communication. Loved the view and the fireplace in the early mornings.

Jenness and Tyler are incredible hosts. Not only responsive but went out of their way to have the suite professionally cleaned so we did not have any allergic reactions to previous pets that had stayed there. They were consistently available, even bringing our food delivery to us when the driver dropped it at the wrong door. Super pleasant hosts hosting a very quiet, comfort, and private unit. Felt like home away from home! Despite being a basement unit, the windows allowed plenty of sunlight in for brightness and the lighting for evenings was more than sufficient. Excellent access to Fish Creek Park, grocery stores, and shopping. Fish Creek is a must to walk in! Highly recommend Tyler and Jenness’s suite - we will be returning in the future! And, it’s an extremely safe neighborhood and one of the best in the city!

Probably the nicest Airbnb I've stayed in. Great location that's close to many good restaurants and quick drive to other fun neighborhoods too. No A/C but they did have fans that cooled down the place quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Jeremy's place for a work trip and felt right at home! The place is full of sunlight in the morning and reflects into the living room in the evening. Very specious, homey, GREAT wine glasses and a very quiet building. Walking distance to so many restaurants and bars too! Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Jeremy! :)

Jeffrey was brilliant throughout my stay at the apartment, always very responsive and quick to answer any queries I had. The apartment was bright, clean, airy and the furnishing was excellent. Highly recommended and can see why he's had so many positive reviews!
