Holiday rentals with beach access in Çalıca Mahallesi

Excellent, spacious, and fully equipped apartments. Located right in the center, by the sea. The host is very helpful. We were initially concerned about possible noise from the café downstairs in the evenings, but it was actually very quiet.

The apartment might be a lil hard to locate at night but Birol will always guide you via message. This apartment is the perfect location if you wanna be close to all the action (inc harbour) but still get a good night’s rest. The neighbourhood is quiet yet not creepy or dark. It is also located near most meet-up points for activities such as sailing, kayak etc. There is a path that leads to the harbour and you can walk up or down the harbour to enjoy the views and restaurants. Parking was also not a problem. Birol was very friendly and interactive. He’ll try to meet your needs as much as he can. The apartment was clean, big and bright. The location itself will sell the apartment for you. We really enjoyed our time at Fethiye and staying at this fuss-free apartment definitely contributed to that.

I have to say that the apartment has a spectacular view but you have to climb many stairs and it is not recommended for people with difficulties to mobilize. luckily a gentleman helped me to bring my luggage and the taxi driver to lower it. Enes responds quickly to messages ideal for young people or fitness. otherwise it is very well located in a very commercial area. Best of all, the harbor view i found it very clean.

The host was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. He responded in the shortest possible time. Since we were in Fethiye for the first time, he also gave us a lot of information about where to go, where the best beaches are or what the sights are. The apartment is in a quiet location, but you can easily walk to restaurants, supermarkets and small shops. Everything was as described and as in the photos. We had a very nice time in this accommodation and would recommend it.

Even cuter than the pictures. Place was very clean. Easy check-in and so convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Very walkable. Tufan was quick to respond to any questions I had. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I returned.

It was a very quiet and calm villa experience that you should literally have a holiday. The pool and villa were cleaner than they should have been. It was away from the noise and car sounds due to its location. It is centrally located, with an average distance of 10-15 minutes to all the bays that need to be visited and seen. I would like to thank Ms. Gamze for her service and interest.

I highly recommend this apartment for its excellent amenities and services. The spacious layout provides ample room for relaxation, and the cleanliness and sunny atmosphere add to its appeal. The complex offers a range of services, excellent location, and robust security measures. The proximity to the beach and multiple swimming pools is a significant plus. Mr. Galib was highly responsive and efficient in addressing any needs that arose, although the apartment's self-sufficiency minimized the need for his involvement. One potential area for improvement is enhancing the Wi-Fi signal strength, particularly in the bedrooms, to ensure seamless connectivity throughout.

Very helpful host always responsive, the flat is exactly as described and very clean. Location is great for getting around. Walkable distance to everything and dolmus bus stop is right outside the flat.

The house is the same as in the photos. He was perfect in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Everything we needed was available at home and the kitchenware was clean. During the stay, our kitchen tube ran out and Mr. Metehan immediately provided a new one quickly. It is a quiet neighborhood in terms of location, central, and very close to everywhere. It met our expectations and we had a nice holiday as a family.

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

This accommodation is absolutely amazing, convenient and clean! We spend so incredible days in Fatih's apartment! It's one of the best airbnb in Turkey where we've ever been. My recommends!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. As a family, we love spending time together, especially at meals time. The outdoor area with kitchen/bbq/pool was perfect for that. Inside was comfortable as well, with AC in all units (a must have during summer). We favorited a fun local coffee shop just down the street. The waterfront and a grocery store were walking distance as well. Highly recommended.

We liked the beautiful unit. We rented a car from Enterprise to get around after the 1st day. Recommend Tlos ancient city and get the guy there to guide you around, and pay him 400 TL. Fantastic. Also Patara Beach sand dunes - wow! Free and totally amazing. Do not go to the pay beach also called Patera. It costs way way too much.

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oğuz again.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

our stay at Ramazan's Villa was great, Very peacefull, relax the villa is in a great location with Markets and restaurants near the area. we had a great time, Ramazan is always available to help and Answer all your needs. this is a great place to stay in your next visit to oludeniz Area. Osman's was ideal for what I needed. He was friendly and helpful and available if I had needed him. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. Ideally, you need a car as it is a bit of a trek to the shops.

Mr. Mehmet was a very caring, helpful and kind host. We spent our vacation as if we were in our own home. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰
