Monthly Rentals in California Pines

I stayed in town for a work-related trip, and Juan and Kathy's place was perfect! My bag was lost at the Reno airport, and they were very communicative and responsive when I told them I wouldn't be checking in until later. The house was also spotless and stocked with any amenity you could ever need. They really are very thoughtful and do everything they can to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay, plenty of space for a family a cool retro vibe to the home, killer panoramic views with unobstructed sunsets. Good value as well. Would and probably will try and stay here again next time we are in the area.

Great place to stay in Alturas with a rustic/industrial feel. Walking distance to local coffee shops and antique shops. A short drive to Modoc National Wildlife Refuge for excellent birding opportunities. Many species of waterfowl, shorebirds, and cranes. Tons of areas to hike, kayak, or paddleboard in the nearby Modoc National Forest. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Cute, warm and comfortable cabin that has everything you need for a restful getaway in this area. I especially like how welcoming the host is and the homemade baked treats she left for me.
