How fortunate I was to stay in the house of Gracia. What an amazing place!, Gracia gave all the clear instructions in advance, and tips for the area. Really very clear. I can't say otherwise that this place has won my heart. The location is great and excellent!. You walk from the apartment onto the quiet beach with a great view. The view from the balcony is also wonderful. The house had exactly the atmosphere I love so much. Light, neat and clean and the total beach feeling. The connection with the sea is unmistakable and very tangible. What a wonderful house with all the necessities you need. I have fallen in love with the house, the location and the beauty that Altea and its surroundings have to offer. Thank you Gracia for experiencing the peace and all the beauty! Loved the apartment. Had everything I needed but for a kettle. The balcony was big.loction was brilliant. Had a view of the sea and promenade. 50 yards walk to la fossa beach. Salt Lake over the road a few hundred yards. Lots of bird life including pink flamingo. Loved the walk round it. Lots to do in Calpe including walking up Calpe Rock.

What a hidden gem! A lovely villa in a peaceful location within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. We loved the swimming pool, villa and our yoga session on the terrace. Andrés and the family were very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for the week. Thank you so much for having us, we had a fantastic holiday!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

We had a great vacation in this apartment. It was fully equipped with a lot of beach stuff, for shopping, cooking... the dishwasher was also a plus. In addition, the area is quiet, so you can sleep well, but it is 4 steps from the beach and has cool bars next door. Sonia, the great host, responded super fast and on top of that, she let us leave our luggage at the reception a few hours before the apartment was ready

Apartment with a terrace and incredible views from all the rooms...... The terrace is even wider than what you see in the photos. Perfectly equipped with all amenities and unbeatable location. The host's host and Anastasia unbeatable, were available and willing to help at all times . We will definitely repeat as soon as we get there. Thank you!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

We had a wonderful stay of three nights in Raul's apartment in Xàbia. The communication in advance and during our stay was completely uncomplicated – we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxed stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony, which was a pleasant retreat even on warm days thanks to sufficient shade. Another highlight was the two deck chairs, which you could comfortably take to the pool – a great addition! Xàbia itself absolutely delighted us: the sandy beach is fantastically beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the beach promenade offers many great restaurants with a direct view of the sea. In June, the place was pleasantly quiet and not crowded at all - perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Many thanks to Raul for the wonderful time!

this is fantastic it's a 2 min walk from the corner shop for grinders and skins haha 10 min walk to the main strip really beautiful views

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. Highlighted is the comfortable mattress - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer magnificent views. The presence of a car is very useful due to the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended holiday home!!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away.
