This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with a tv and bean bags. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Beach bliss is yours, a minute from Camber Sands , near Medievel Rye, In East Sussex. Our eco friendly house has a shingle and black clapboard finish, Hamptons style. It has an open plan living & kitchen area, with two fridge freezers, two ovens . The landscaped garden is fully equipped for outdoor cooking & dining. All 5 bedrooms (1 in the garden room) are en suite. Parking is for 5 cars & the garden has electrical outlets for the electric George Forman Outdoor Grill.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

It's in a prime location with the long sandy beach a stone’s throw away, the property is situated down a private lane with a large back garden, where the beach can be accessed in less then a minute from the garden gate. It sleeps 8 guests with private parking for up to 4 cars. Dogs are most welcome to stay with no extra charge.
