We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Stylishly decorated, the flat features a double bedroom, modern bathroom, a living room, with a table and chairs, a fully-equipped kitchen and french doors leading to a private patio. Located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, Warrior Square Station, and the vibrant restaurants, cafes, and shops of St. Leonard's, this flat is perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Only a short walk from the famous harbour and beaches of this boho seaside town and only an 8 minute walk from the station with direct services to London and Canterbury.

From the photos in the hallway and the garden decorations to the modern balcony facing (and only literally a few steps away from!) Camber Sands’ famous dunes, this property is perfect for those who love the beach and sea. If you hate sand this is not the property for you-a real beach experience.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

Hucksteps is a medieval, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house centrally located in the Citadel of Rye. Facing St Mary’s Church, the house is surrounded by cobbled streets, period architecture, literary associations, stunning coastline, and vibrant culture. Camber's sandy beaches and dunes are an easy walk/cycle/drive away. A High Street full of independent shops, restaurants, inns, art galleries, Kino cinema, Rye Spa Retreat, tea rooms are round the cobbly corner.

Barefoot Beach House

Awesome weather boarded beach house on the stunning sandy beach at Camber, East Sussex, under 2 hours from London. Enjoy barefoot beach living in a gorgeous house where the beach is your front garden. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome at £35 per dog per stay. Dogs have free run of the entire beach from October to May. Between May and September you will need to walk 50 metres along from the house to reach the dog friendly section of beach.

A lovely family holiday home, fully detached, with an amazing view and complete privacy. 5 minutes walk to Camber Sands dunes, at the back of the prestigious White Sand development, this large elegantly decorated and extended house looks directly onto fields, hills and sheep and is not overlooked. The property is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. There is a large deck and fast WiFi . The perfect spot to get away!

It's in a prime location with the long sandy beach a stone’s throw away, the property is situated down a private lane with a large back garden, where the beach can be accessed in less then a minute from the garden gate. It sleeps 8 guests with private parking for up to 4 cars. Dogs are most welcome to stay with no extra charge.
