Holiday rentals with a patio in Cambodia

This is an excellent accommodation, very clean, modern appliances and furniture throughout, well-equipped kitchen--only positives about this space. An is an excellent host as well, very fast responses to queries and thoughtful in leaving snacks on the table, and allowing extra time to allow me to hang out ahead of my late flight out.

Pich and his family where very kind. They offered food everyday and keen to help.

Philip is a truly great host. He’s easy to contact and he is very responsive. Check-in super easy. The place is huge and has private entry. This is my second stay at Philip’s place. His place is spacious, clean, in a great location, and a great value for the money. I highly recommend staying here.

New clean spacious, well equipped apartment. Great view and location with many foodstalls nearby and Central Market. The light in the bathroom was flickering, but they had it repaired, after contacting the host in a few hours. Clothes can be washed with the washing machine in the kitchen. Free parking space on the 5th floor. There is a convinience store(only accepts cash) on the 9th floor and free gym and pool, but unfortunately the pool had no water. Need to be cautious when getting there not to be confused with another building called "Skyline Apartment", which is in different area.

great on all levels, very accommodating host and very responsive it also really feels like a home away from home as the host lives just in the same house, but with good separation to keep things still private. very well kept and super value for money location is also quite central in SR and I would highly recommend!!

Very Private, Very Peaceful, I felt very safe and comfortable.

Nathan is an absolutely perfect host, and his place is a gem. I booked a last-second stay (literally the same day) but he replied immediately and went the extra mile to make sure it was fresh and ready for our immediate check in. All the necessities and many thoughtful extras were available and of great quality, and everything was perfectly clean. Nathan was immediately available throughout the stay, and we extended twice to spend more time there. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay in Siem Reap. The property and house is beautiful, and the house has everything you need for a short or long stay. I enjoyed the large kitchen and open seating area. Host and staff are very kind and communicative!

We spent two weeks at Roya's place and it was amazing! At the end we were sad to leave and felt like home. Roya is an extremely helpful and responsive host. She even organised for us to be let inside at early morning hours, because we arrived at that time with a night bus. If there was anything missing or that we needed, Roya would sort it out so fast. We were so grateful for the bicycles provided, ended up biking all around town and sometimes calling a passapp, instead of renting a motorbike. Thanks for keeping us fit! Location of the house is perfect, away from the craziness of the city, in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood where all kids say hello, but still so close you can walk or bicycle anywhere. The house is traditional wood and beautiful, surrounded by a well cared for garden.

This place treated us to feel like home and I enjoyed my stay here.

Staying at this homestay in a peaceful village near Siem Reap was one of the highlights of our trip. The lovely family welcomed us with open arms, and we were lucky enough to spend quality time with them, learning about their daily life and Cambodian culture. The location is beautiful and recluse very good for a peaceful get away. Clean facilities including spotless kitchen and Bathroom area. 5* Stay Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

A great spot by the river, nice view. It was a really relaxing time.

Right above a good coffee shop and a lot of what you need is,right on the street. Emily walkable to the Old Market and Pub Street area if you’re intrtein either. The river is also a couple of mins away yet at night it’s very quiet and,peaceful…..security is brilliant which as a solo female I appreciated a lot. Goodviewfrom the balcony and the staff are really friendly.

Look no further. If this place is available, BOOK IT! I've travel to Cambodia many times and this is by far the best place I've stayed. The staff alone are some of the nicest and caring people you will meet. They welcome you with open arms and kindness in their hearts. The villa itself is very spacious and has all the creature comforts you would need. 100/10 would recommend. Looking forward to booking this place again.

Soyorn is a great host and the apartment is fantastic! From the moment I booked the apartment the communication and information given to me by Soyorn was great. I also got supplied an adapter free of charge and delivered to my room so I could work on my computer which was great. I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Phnom Penh, the pool and gym are fantastic and the area is safe and there many nice local cafes and restaurants to eat and also a 7/11 4 mins walk for the apartment. 5 stars all round!

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

Staying in J Tower II apartments was the most memorable stay in Phnom Penh, we liked all amenities: sky pool, game room and lobby floor. The apartment itself was modern, the TV was wide screen. The host was communicative and responsive.

We stayed in Sophina’s apartment for 2 months. It was comfortable, clean and convenient. We appreciated the washing machine, rooftop pool and very comfortable bed. It’s in a quieter part of town but there are always tuk tuk right outside so transport was very easy and inexpensive. There are 2.grocery stores nearby and lots of restaurants.

A wonderful apartment near Siem Reap city centre. We were able to rent a scooter with the host for a reasonable price. Perfect if you’d like to stay longer. Wifi & washing machine were a plus! Both working perfectly! The bed was comfortable, a bit hard, but better than other beds we slept in (no potholes and springs, just a well-supported mattress). If you’re staying longer, you can just buy a large water dispenser at one of the shops (20 litre) and return it afterwards, on a deposit basis. There is only 1 cleaning included and that’s the one after you’ve checked out. But they have lots of stuff to clean the room. The neighbours are quiet & the only sounds around you are the birds :-)

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

I read so many excellent reviews on Kagnara's place and decided upon it based on these great reviews. I will say that this place not only lived up to all these great reviews but it exceeded them as well. Kagnara is the host with the best communication I have ever had on Airbnb. She is super prompt, helpful and professional in her communication and resolved every issue I had quickly and easily. The room itself is wonderful and perfect for any kind of visit. The location is mere footsteps from both Wat Phnom and the Riverfront Night Market. There are always tuk tuks outside and a very convenient 24 hour convenience store right next to the building. Everything was super clean in the unit and the building is very safe. The Price for this place is good and the safety is also good. The only complaint I have is with the parking. The parking attendants didn't allow me to park there even though the room was entitled to a paid parking space. I absolutely recommend Kagnara's place to all!!!
