Easy access to Cambridge city centre. Off street parking. Regular bus service. Iron, hair dryer, microwave provided. TV and wi-fi - short term lets considered. Off street parking available. Double bed, kitchenette, walk in wardrobe and shower room. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine in the house if needed.

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

The Bakehouse: former bakery in idyllic village

The Bakehouse is a totally self contained, newly renovated characterful detached annex to the left of our house. We also have "The Cob" and "The Barn", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in a quiet position overlooking historic Thriplow's village green. Just a minute's walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub or well stocked village shop. Only 8 miles from the city of Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.

Fresh, contemporary 2 storey 1 bedroom property ideal for a couple, with capacity to sleep another adult or child. The entire annex is yours for your stay. Hauxton is a quiet, attractive village located just 3.9 miles south of Cambridge city centre – nature, green spaces and rural walks in abundance yet super easy to get into Cambridge, the perfect base to explore. London access nearby (rail or road) and a 5 minute drive from the M11. Discounts may be available for long stays.

However ,it is essential you contact us first if you are wanting to bring more than 2 people , or stay longer than 3 months, as we can offer some flexibility on this, but only by consultation, instant booking only applies to one or 2 guests for up to 90 days.Thanks
