Family-friendly holiday rentals in Camelback Mountain

Fifth stay at William’s Casita in 5 years. 2 weeks each time. William and his wife are very cool and helpful. The place is beautiful and very calm just at the edge of the desert. Perfect place for Wildlife watching… from the pool. First neighbors are 200 yards away and the place is very safe. Never closed my car. The pool and Spa were for me alone the whole stay with beautiful desert views. The Casita is very typical of the Southwest, very comfortable with an Awesome kitchen and absolutely everything a Chef would need to cook. Many different places to eat outside (pool, patio, terrace…). Many places to go out for dinner. All styles nearby. Thanks again Bill and see you next year !

Very clean and spacious condo. Quiet balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Had all the kitchen stuff, if you wanted to cook. The condo is conveniently located to several walkable restaurants and stores. There were plenty of linens & supplies, including pool towels!!! Awesome and thoughtful. We enjoyed the pool immensely!!! The elevator was useful, especially when lugging our suitcases. We would definitely book this condo again. Highly recommend Casandra’s condo.

Kurt was a great host. Next time I’m in Scottsdale I plan to book this same home. Half hour from the airport, close to all the grocery stores, and a 5 minute drive from old town

Steve place was a beautiful backyard retreat, including hammocks and Jacuzzi. he offered beach cruisers for enjoy the beautiful neighborhood, and close by food and entertainment. we would 100% stay again.

Everything we needed was supplied. The beds were all extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean with plenty of amenities. Also, the pool and hot tub were very welcome after a long day with family. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in the casita for about 9 months and I feel like home. Heather was a great host during my stay. The closest gym is located about one mile away which it was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. In addition, you have access to the principal road while leaving in a private area. Finally, the neighbors were very nice with me.

Our star at Orange-alope Manor was fantastic. The host was very responsive and super proactive. We loved the pool during the day and the hot tub in the evening was fantastic. Everything was as described and the home was easy to find. This was my first time using airbnb in America and I would stay at this home again.

We were pleased to find a place near Mayo because my husband is having chemotherapy there. We often use DoorDash when traveling, but Cathy’s place has amazing kitchen supplies and was located close to grocery stores. It was a pleasure to cook in that wonderful kitchen. One morning, when it wasn’t too hot, we enjoyed a peaceful breakfast in the backyard. We were especially grateful for the large dog-door because not that many dog-friendly rentals are so accommodating. Our elderly dogs were happy to go in and out easily, as they are used to doing at home.

Wendy's place is exactly as described and in the photos. My wife and I were immediately comfortable in this cozy, eclectic home, with plenty of room and an incredible kitchen, fully stocked, with lots of treats, spices, and other goodies upon our arrival. The location is incredible: close to Old Town Scottsdale, walkable, and in a peaceful neighborhood. Everything worked in the house, water pressure in the bathrooms was strong, and we were impressed with Wendy's welcome packet, the notations around the house about what switches operated what lights/appliances, and the various soaps and other products ready for our use. The only thing missing was facial tissue, which was easily remedied on our trip to the grocery store. We could see why this home is so popular with guests.

When we pulled up to the Airbnb, the main house was a little off-putting -- lots of clutter and mess everywhere. But when we went through the gate and back to the rental, everything was great. It's a small place, but great for the two of us and our dog. The private backyard was lovely for hanging out and soaking up the sun. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the frig had a shelf full of bottled water waiting for us. We were visiting family nearby, but really anything you want to do in Phoenix is easy to reach. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would recommend this rental for one or two people, and really appreciate that it was pet friendly.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s that we have stayed at. The house is clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, quiet and the view is amazing. The neighborhood is clean and walkable. The grocery store and places to eat are five minutes away. The pool and hot tub were clean and so nice to relax in every night. Would definitely recommend!!

Becky was great. I did an extended stay -three weeks at her home. It’s everything as pictured -immaculate ,very clean big enough for my family and I to enjoy, have melas and watch playoff games! My family and I had a great time- we enjoyed the pool. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of stuff to do literally blocks away! Becky was great- checking in to see if I needed anything or if I needed any recommendations for food or shopping. I really enjoyed my stay. Beds were comfy , TVs in every room, which I do appreciate ,a lot of Airbnb’s don’t have TVs in their room and if you’re anything like me, you need that TV to get some sleep. There is a designated area set up so you can work. I did work from home while I was there, the Wi-Fi was fast ,exactly what I needed. Thank you Becky for everything!

This was a great stay! Angel’s place was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds, a big smart TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms. There’s also a lot of attention to detail in areas like the bathroom (Q-tips, floss, etc). He also had a welcome sign with my name 😃. I’ll definitely stay here again!

This was a great Airbnb! One of our favorites for sure. It had everything you could ask for including private parking and a fully stocked kitchen. There was even a washer and dryer. The space is very clean and functional. It has updated and thoughtful decor with very comfortable beds. Plus, checking in and out was a breeze. It's a perfect spot for either a short getaway or a long-term stay. It was home away from home. We're glad we found it!

Marianne’s place was so so cozy and great for me and my lady, we visited this beautiful home for a birthday trip for the girlfriend and it was amazing, the hospitality and responsiveness for Mel and Marianne was amazing, and they even went out of there way to provide a humidifier for the place, the pool and canopy were perfect and beautiful, just what we imagined and the hammock was to die for, but truly the amount of comfort that you will feel from this place is unmatched and it truly will become your casita away from home, despite the kitchen being a induction burner and a Nuwave microwave oven it is the perfect amount of space you need to make a delicious meal for two. P.S the Nuwave microwave oven cooks some perfect bacon! :)

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

We only had a quick 1 night stay but Darren and his wife were lovely, the space was clean, quiet and the bed super comfy! The pool was amazing. The dogs were absolutely adorable and super friendly! I would absolutely stay again if we’re ever in the area. Thank you so much!

This will b my go to place when traveling thru Az. I have even recommended it to locals for their wknd stays. :) Great hosts!!! They give you your privacy but are there when u need to communicate. Everything u need is supplied to enjoy your stay A beautiful home w a side of puppy love Again Thank You 💓

Mark’s place was absolutely stunning. It fit our group of 8 more than comfortably. The house was clean and spacious with a pristine pool. The games outside were just as pictured in the listing. The house is also in a great location near restaurants and grocery stores. It’s also just a short ride away from Old Town. Again, the house was perfect and I would highly recommend.
