Apartamento acogedor y impecable. Decoración y ambiente idéntico a las fotos. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos, responden enseguida y nos sugirieron un sinfín de lugares para visitar y para comer. 100% recomendable

Ein grosses, sehr schönes Haus, ideal für Familien! Ausgestattet mit einem sauberen Pool, einem Trampolin, Pingpong-Tisch, kleinem Fussballfeld,… Man hat alles, was man braucht! Torques und seine Familie sind super lieb und sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Er gab uns viele Ratschläge. Bequeme und saubere Betten. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ca. 25 Minuten von Valencia City entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig, z. B. zum einkaufen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Ana’s place. The house is in a rural area in a nice typical Spanish village. To get to the house you have to drive through a small river. A SUV is usefull then. The house has a pool and in the village are 3 bars and a tiny grocery-shop. The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive away in Onda. There are some nice walks in the area and the small pool and garden is great!

Jose’s place is beautiful! Our group loved the location. It is walking distance to climbing crags and has a spectacular Mountain View from the balcony. The interior is even nicer than on the pictures :) super new and clean

Lage direkt am Wasser ist traumhaft. Kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte direkt um die Ecke. 2-3 gute Restaurants auch direkt um die Ecke. Charmante Villa mit stilvollen Details. Gastgeber Mario und Sara waren sehr hilfsbereit. Distanz nach Valencia mit öffentlichem Verkehr etwas weit: total 1.5 Stunden Beach Bar Punta Negra sehr zu empfehlen: 15 Minuten zu Fuss von der Villa am Strand entlang Wir waren 8 Damen und hatten 4 super schöne Tage :-) Danke Mario und Sara

Un lugar tranquilo, muy acogedor y a parte estaba todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. Muy contenta

La maison est très belle, très propre, très confortable et très bien décorée. Les propriétaires ont su garder le charme d'une maison typique de village tout en la rendant confortable. L'hôte est très réactif et a répondu très vite aux messages que je lui ai envoyés. Grâce aux instructions très claires, il a été très facile de trouver la maison. Bref, notre séjour fut très agréable dans cet hébergement atypique.

Todo perfecto y la estufa de leña un puntazo para los días de frío, la casa amplia y bien equipada. Muchas gracias a la madre de Sonia, María José, un encanto de mujer, ya que fue quien nos atendió en todo momento.

Strávili sme v Emilianovom byte zopár nocí. Hostiteľ bol veľmi priateľský a rýchlo reagoval. Dostupnosť do centra bola výborná a plusom bola tiež garáž. Ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt :)

Leider sind wir nur 2 Nächte geblieben. Marias Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem wunderschönen kleinen Innenhof mit bemerkenswerten Pflanzen und einem unglaublich bequemen Bett. Es fehlte an nichts. Maria und ihr Partner selbst waren sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Selbst als unser Flug Verspätung hatte und sie auf uns warten mussten, war das kein Problem und sie brachten uns sogar noch zu einer kleinen Bar um die Ecke, wo wir noch ein köstliches Serrano-Sandwich bekommen konnten und bei einem Getränk den Abend zu zweit ausklingen lassen konnten. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön gelegen und überhaupt nicht touristisch im besten Sinne. Einen Cortado bekommt man für 1,30 Euro im Café um die Ecke und auch sonst bekommt man alles was man braucht in kleinen Läden. Gleichzeitig ist man in kurzer Zeit mit der Metro 2 in der Valencianischen Altstadt, wenn man Sightseeing und Trubel möchte. Wir kommen wieder! Klare Empfehlung!

Wir haben uns zu dritt in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung reicht über zwei Etagen, sie ist ruhig, groß und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von den Balkonen ist wirklich toll. Die Lage ist prima, um (mit einem Auto) Ausflüge nach Valencia und an die Küste zu machen oder zum Wandern in die Berge zu kommen.

We were 3 ladies, on a 4 night trip, and Jordi's apartment was perfect for us. It's in a relatively peaceful neighbourhood but has an amazing cafe for breakfast on the corner, a big supermarket on the same block, a row of bars and restaurants just across the road, and is 20 mins into the centre of the old town. Jordi was a brilliant host: from the PDF sent at the time of the booking with all his local recommendations, to his offer of early check-in/late check-out as he didn't have bookings either side of ours. This meant that we really got to enjoy our last day in Valencia instead of lugging our suitcases around until our evening flight. It's in a very striking building, and it's green turrets making it easy to spot from quite a distance a way. Quite handy for those of us, who are navigationally challenged. Valencia is a city that has everything. I'd go back for another visit and I'd stay at this place whenever I do.

L'appartamento era corrispondente alle aspettative, l'host sempre attivo e presente, la località è molto suggestiva, isolata silenziosa.

Hemos pasado cuatro días estupendos, el apartamento de diez, limpio, ordenado, con todo lo necesario para una gran estancia, el menaje de la cocina super completo, las vistas y la ubicación formidable, Vicente anfitrión de diez, cualquier duda resuelta en pocos minutos, las explicaciones para la llegada claras, incluso nos dejó un detalle de bienvenida, los colchones y almohadas increíbles, sofás super cómodos, con sillas, toallas y útiles para la playa, da gusto ir a un apartamento y que te sientas como en casa, recomendable al doscientos por cien.

Wspaniałe miejsce dla 4 osób maksymalnie, które chwalą sobie wypoczynek z dala od miejskiego zgiełku. Wygodny dom, w pełni wyposażony. Warto wspomnieć, że jest ekspres na kapsułki Delonghi. Niesamowity ogród z basenem, jacuzzi, kuchnią zewnętrzną. Właściciela bardzo miła, pomocna i ciepła

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue estupenda. La joya de la propiedad es, sin duda, la piscina, con el calor que esta haciendo invita a relajarse. Proveen toallas para la misma. La casa estaba impecable y equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y sin preocupaciones. Recomendaría esta casa en familia o con amigos. Caben hasta 9 personas cómodamente, 4 baños con ducha. ¡Volveríamos sin duda!

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de woning van David. Alles was goed voor elkaar, schoon en netjes. De omgeving was rustig en dichtbij de stad. De communicatie met David verliep ook goed. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wir haben in der Villa Maria einen wunderschönen Urlaub als Freundesgruppe verbracht. Der Außenbereich und der riesige Pool sind wirklich 1A. Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz/Schlafmöglichkeiten und ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit sehen wir ein wenig Verbesserungspotential, ist aber noch total im Rahmen.

Estancia perfecta con amigos. Con todas las comodidades, espacio y facilidades. Incluso tienen más de lo que anuncian como paelleras con rueda de gas y parrillas para la barbacoa. No le faltaba detalle.

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

A wonderful house with a beautiful large garden. Exceptionally clean throughout. The dressing table for ladies to do hair and make-up was much appreciated! It's a luxury that you don’t always find in holiday homes! Gabriel was absolutely brilliant. Always helping in any way he could. Constant communication and advice. Very friendly and it is very clear that Gabriel cares deeply about his home. We had a lovely relaxing break and enjoyed our stay. The pool was rather cold but that was due to the time of year and May being so early on in the season. We cannot thank Gabriel enough for everything and for looking after us so well. The nicest, friendliest and most helpful host we have ever met. THANK YOU so much Gabriel.
