Holiday rentals with a patio in Camp Verde

The hosts were incredible! Super responsive and gave incredible local recommendations! The accommodation was perfect for 2 people. Would definitely come back!

Great place! Because we came in the summer we were hoping there were maybe some water fillable plastic ice trays so that we could fill our water bottles up with ice. But overall a great place, quiet and worth the money!

Great spot! Clean and close to major hiking spots. The place looks just like the photos. Our group of 5 was comfortable in this flat. Most restaurants we went to were towards the east, but easy to navigate and close enough to major roads. I would highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous space with lots of natural light and walkability to nearby trails and downtown!

This house is spacious, clean, and in case you haven't heard, has a beautiful view! The kitchen was well-stocked. The bathrooms were also well-appointed. The location is tucked-away, but still with in five minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Sedona. We had a party of five and this was very comfortable for us.

We’ve booked Gio’s place for our last 2 annual Sedona trips and will continue to book with Gio every year that we are able. It’s absolutely perfect. The view is so beautiful and the place is so well decorated. Perfect size bathroom for a couple, wonderful comfy bed & well equipped kitchen. We cooked dinner at the airbnb for 2 of our 3 night stay because we had no desire to be anywhere else. So grateful for this place & already cannot wait to be back! Thank you so much for sharing this dream home with my family 🩵

I want to second the review from someone that said if you're worried about staying in a mobile home, don't be. My priority was having a private spot where I could be in nature and the back porch was a slice of heaven. I grilled the most perfect meals and was delighted to watch humming birds sipping on the feeder. I even witnessed a hawk munching on a critter. It's the perfect spot for peace and quiet but also close enough to town if you want to venture to shops and restaurants. Robin was the perfect host with attention to details that make your stay more enjoyable like free snacks and even a bottle of wine! Will definitely book again when I'm needing a quick escape from the Valley.

We had a wonderful stay at "javelina heaven". Everything was exactly as described and it was the perfect stopping place for a trip from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon. We woke to a family of 13 javelinas feeding at a trough just off to the side of the guest house and it was quite a sight. Very comfortable stay, great beds and a homey atmosphere. Thanks again to our hosts who made everything seamless. Highly recommend if you're in the Sedona area.

Lovely holiday home with spacious rooms and thoughtful attention to detail. The location is walking distant to local shops and restaurants. Private yard to relax and front patio to people watch. Highly recommend

Just Right! While the house had more than we needed it is a fantastic size for a family. Our dogs loved the patio to watch wildlife and get fresh air. The kitchen is great too. Our bed was very comfortable. The house was close to everything especially the university - just a short 10 minute drive to all the graduation activities. If we come back to the area we will stay here again! Thanks Spencer!

The view is absolutely beautiful! The house had everything you could need and was perfect for our family of 3. Conveniently used as our home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona while also enjoying flagstaff!

I had a wonderful stay in Clarkdale. The house was beautiful and clean. It was spacious and perfect for one or two guests. It was well located in the adorable little town of Clarkdale, which was an easy drive to Sedona and close to grocery stores and gas stations. I also enjoyed the nearby attractions of the Tuzigoot National Monument and Dead Horse Ranch State Park. I would absolutely recommend this home, and would stay again!

Everything about this air bnb was perfect, the views and the location just wow! I loved how everything was so clean and organized and made us feel right at home!! Definitely recommend staying here 20/10 experience.

Nicole's home was absolutely beautiful, it was even bigger and cooler than we expected. It felt like we had the best view in the neighborhood looking right up towards bell rock. Our whole group loved it and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Nicole and Steve were also very responsive and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed!

Our stay at Meggin's condo was perfect! First of all, it's very clean, cozy and comfortable. It's also nicely decorated. We truly did feel right at home. Secondly, it was nicely stocked with essentials PLUS so much more. We walked, cooked, played games and just chilled. It was a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay in Sedona! This condo was the perfect home base for our Sedona trip! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from shops, restaurants, and hiking trails, but still quiet enough to relax and unwind. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Super cute condo, loved the Arizona decor. Location was outskirts of tourist Sedona, so just a tiny bit away from the busyness. I was worried the pool would be crowded, but surprisingly wasn’t at all. No complaints.

Melanie was a great host, and the condo was exactly what we were expecting. In the description, Melanie talked about the possible road noise because the suite we stayed in was right on the road. Since we were out most of the day, it wasn't very disruptive. Plus, the traffic doesn't really start up until about 9:00 am and dies pretty quickly after 9:00 pm. The location was what we were looking for--ever so slightly off the beaten path--we didn't want to be in the heart of downtown Prescott because we're early-to-bed, early-to-rise people and didn't want to risk noisy nights. It's only a 5 minute drive (if that) to downtown. And there's a coffeehouse/cafe within easy walking distance--The Cove that has outstanding coffee!

We loved Jakob's place! Very clean, enough room for the 3 of us and it was just steps away from the pool. Grocery store, gas station and shopping are all within walking distance. Jakob communicated great & we would love to stay on our next trip to Sedona!

We loved staying in this condo in Oak creek, just a 20 min drive from Sedona proper but less than a mile from bell rock and a few miles from cathedral rock. It’s perfect for those wanting to hike and to have a quiet refuge at the end of the day, complete with pool. The WiFi was decent as I took several zoom meetings from the condo for work. The only drawback was the upstairs neighbors, as we could frequently hear them stomping to and from and shifting chair/furniture. The noise was bearable though and wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Nicole thought of everything - from pickleball racquets and balls to games and even laundry detergent and hampers. Those small things went a long way toward making this feel more like a home than a rental.

We enjoyed our stay in Sedona. We enjoyed this rental as it had amenities such as a pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. We spent most of our time out and about hiking around Sedona. A highlight for us was two double beds in the second bedroom so everyone had a good sized bed to sleep in. It’s walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, wine bar & a grocery store. Great stay!
