Es una casa muy distinta ya que cuenta con un diseño de interiores al detalle y una decoración muy actual; el edificio es antiguo del siglo XVI y rehabilitado con gusto por lo auténtico cordobés y disfruta de un Jacuzzi interior en su apartamento y otro exterior que se alquila por días (opcional) con calentador de agua en el ático que permite darse un baño mirando al skyline de Córdoba. Vivienda monumental, céntrica, muy original y silenciosa, ideal para descansar tras un día de turismo por la bella Córdoba; cuenta con 3 amplios dormitorios, el principal con Jacuzzi e hidromasaje y con camas con colchones muy cómodos, y con 3 baños privados en suite cada uno de ellos. El alojamiento tiene salón comedor con chimenea eléctrica, cocina americana con utensilios de máxima calidad, lavadora secadora privada, horno-microondas, cafetera Nespresso, calentador aerochino de leche marca Nespresso, etc. Patio andaluz central, terraza de unos 20 metros cuadrados con vistas al skyline de Córdoba y Jacuzzi de exterior con depuradora y bomba de calor; se alquila por días para uso exclusivo sólo para su apartamento y para las personas que se alojen con usted, es decir, no lo compartirán con el resto de huéspedes.
