Our Greek House, built in the mid-1800s, has been transformed into a Boutique Hotel where we will enjoy staying in a historical atmosphere. It is located in the Greek Quarter, which we can call the most beautiful street of our island. It is within a 1-minute walking distance to the Çınar Altı Square, taverns, restaurants and cafes, and within a 2-minute walking distance to the Arka Sea region. Two free parking lots belonging to the Municipality are within a 3-minute and 5-minute walking distance. Since our hotel is centrally located, you can hear music until 01:00.

Our hotel consists of 12 rooms surrounded by nature, 7 minutes from the center of Bozcaada, 5 minutes from the Ayazma beach, on 15,000 m2 of land surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. In each of our rooms, we put our restaurant/bar at the service of our guests, in addition to the comfort elements such as air conditioning, TV, and TV. Our room in the Turtle block of our hotel has 4 separate independent rooms in the same building. If you wish, you can buy breakfast from our hotel for an extra fee.

Located in the center of the island in the Greek Quarter square, our hotel, which was renovated this year, is within walking distance of the ferry pier, the municipality's free parking lots, restaurants and cafes, churches and windmills. Gökçeada Kaleköy’de, denize sadece 3-5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde bulunan 1+1 dairemizde ev konforunda bir konaklama sunuyoruz. Ayrı yatak odası ve oturma alanı sayesinde klasik otel odalarına göre çok daha rahat ve kullanışlıdır. ! Apartın için de 1 yatak odası içerisinde 2 tane tek kişilik 1 tane çift kişilik yatak bulunmaktadır. oturma odasında 2 tane kanepe ve mutfağı bulunmaktadır.
