The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif qui allie l'authenticité du bois à la rigueur du design. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. C'est un refuge calme, minimaliste et chaleureux qui se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers. Le canal de Bourgogne est à 7km. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

The hexagonal tower is situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois in Burgundy and with just a short walk into the heart of the town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, beautiful church and much more. The tower has easy accessability with it's own private parking space, wooden decking terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs. The tower was built in 2016, it was designed for people seeking an interesting and imaginative place to stay.

La Casa du Vau, a small cozy nest that opens onto a shaded garden just across from a stream where you can enjoy a very relaxing and soothing environment. It has an equipped kitchen area, a double bed and TV. The warmth of the Finnish-style Nordic bath will bring you a physical and mental well-being.

sCarabane Jacuzzi in the countryside + breakfast

Come and enjoy the HEAT of the JACUZZI in summer and winter. You will sleep in a small intimate cocoon designed for 2 people. The accommodation includes two outdoor terraces, a fitted kitchen, deckchairs, bathroom, toilet and the private JACUZZI with unlimited access! All-inclusive experience for two people with complimentary à la carte breakfast (fresh bakery product). And by reservation: evening meal (see other information section).

Wooden chalet in the countryside in Pontigny

"Le chant du pré" is a wooden chalet with a covered terrace. A haven of tranquility on a property spanning over 3,000 m² (32,292 sq. ft.), where our chickens roam freely (not visible in winter or bad weather). We are located 400 meters from the Cistercian Abbey. You can rent e-bikes in Chablis for wonderful rides through the countryside, the forest, and the vineyards. We offer a romantic decoration with champagne for an additional fee.

Shepherd's hut in the heart of nature

This stone hut was rebuilt on the remains of an old Berger hut. It is located in the middle of a meadow but accessible by car via a white path. There is no electricity or running water. The kitchen side includes a gas stove, a sink where rainwater arrives for the dishes. We provide a 10 L jerrycan of drinking water. An outdoor solar shower is available, otherwise washing is done with a washcloth. Dry toilet outside the cabin.

Great for couples visiting Beaune. Located a 10 minute walk from the city center and adjacent to the Parc de la Bouzaise, you will appreciate its charm and the surrounding calm of this small newly restored cottage. Independent, you can enjoy amenities (parking, terrace, barbecue...) and we are available for any requests. We look forward to welcoming you and advising you on activities in the region.

Petite roulotte en bois de 10m2, chauffé avec petit chauffage électrique ! Il y a juste un matelas 2 places à l'intérieur. les draps et la couette sont fournis. Pour les sanitaires, vous aurez un espace douche chaude + toilettes sèches à 30m de la roulotte , dans un module sous la serre. la cuisine est également sous la serre non chauffée !
