Holiday rentals with a patio in Canal de l'Ourcq

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

I have been on this platform for 4 years, but it was not useful until Monday, June 2. We love this Host and their love nest. Sonia is very responsive and really very pleasant. I highly recommend this accommodation if you are alone or with your spouse. Identical to the photos, easy to access for parking, shops everywhere 3/5 min max on foot this accommodation is very well located. Quiet environment. And the last very important point! Hygiene!!! I am very particular about it and it is a 10/10. Thanks again Sonia, I'll come back without thinking👌🏾

We had a great stay in Leah’s apartment. It was really quiet and peaceful as it’s at the back of the apartment block. Everything was super clean when we arrived, and very easy to find and access with the instructions. Perfect location as we walked there 10 minutes from the Eurostar, and it’s one minute walk to the metro to go out each day. Plenty of bakeries and food shops nearby for breakfast and supplies. Lovely restaurants a short walk away as well.

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s in France and across the US, and this is by far, our favorite! Capucine has designed the apartment beautifully! It was equipped with natural linens, good soaps, extremely comfortable beds, and even perfume, tampons, and bath toys for little kids. It’s clear that she has gone above and beyond when it comes to thinking about everything a guest would need. Her hospitality is beyond exceptional. It’s a beautifully decorated, spacious apartment in the center of a peaceful, elegant town just a 25 minute train ride from Paris. Capucine is very kind and allowed us to arrange an early check in and late check out. That allowed us to explore the town and chateau and then take a cab to the airport. Her home is beautiful and I would recommend 100%. We hope to be back someday!

The apartment is an oasis in the city. We felt very safe with two small children and enjoyed the peace and quiet after the trip to the city. The condo is well appointed and clean. Everything necessary and toys were available for the children. The metro is a few minutes' walk away, from there you can drive about 20 minutes to Notre Dame and other attractions. We especially liked the beautiful, cozy terraces! With a breakfast from the supermarket downstairs in the house, a great start to the day. Right on the next corner is a park with lots of play opportunities for children. Perfect for a family to combine city and play. But even without children, it is very nice, there are 3 workplaces for mobile working! We will be happy to come back!

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

The accommodation is as described on the website. I was pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness and how good it smelled when I walked in. Mattresses in both the bedroom and the living room very comfortable. Clean and starved linens and towels. It is a 5 min walk from the RER station from where Disneyland is reached in 5 min and Paris in 45 min and a 15 min walk from the Val d'Europe Shopping Center. Definitely if I will come back to Paris I will still go for this accommodation. Congratulations Alexandrine and Bruno!

The apartment is exactly as described. Clean, functional, well equipped and quiet. I couldn't meet Jennifer but communication with her was quick and easy, and she was very helpful and responsive. Location is also good, about 10-15 min walking to Goussainville train station. Easy access to downtown Paris - 30 min with RER D. Thank you for your hospitality, Jennifer!

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

We had a wonderful stay at Sabine’s beautiful home in Quincy-Voisins. It was the perfect setting for our family holiday. Sabine was there to welcome us when we arrived (despite it being late) and was so friendly and helpful throughout her stay. The house itself is so well kitted out and the decor is fantastic. The kids absolutely loved the Disney soft toys. The location is perfect and so easy to get to Disneyland (the bus stop is just at the end of the road). There is a bakery a stone’s throw away and a really great park for children close by. We really loved our long weekend and would recommend a stay at Sabine’s to everyone!

The location is simply perfect - ideal for visiting Disneyland: you can be there in a few minutes, or you can take the bus that stops just around the corner. The center of Paris is also easily accessible by public transport. The accommodation itself was very well maintained and comfortable. For us – four adults and one child – it was absolutely sufficient and offered everything we needed. The lovingly landscaped garden was a highlight and a wonderful retreat for relaxation after exciting days. We would come back back. This accommodation is highly recommended - for families, Disneyland visitors or Paris explorers alike. Thanks again for everything!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Accommodation fully compliant with the listing, located on a quiet street. Great for a visit to Parc Astérix or the Château de Chantilly. Kamel welcomed us himself, which is a nice touch.

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
